Take a look at the active users, moderators are in red. If there are any on line (there are at the moment) you could send them a DM

i don't think that you can send them a dm unless you're an owner

i have recieved an e.mail address from another member though so will use that to send off my query

You can't send a DM but you can email info@orlandovillas.com or you can use the Report to Moderator button.

I gather John's just resolved your problem.
