I agree, pool heating is a must at that time of year!
Don't forget Martin has the benefit of living there we have to get acclimatised, and there are less hours of sunshine/daylight in October/November to warm the pool, it depends on the level the temp drops to when the sun goes down as to how warm it's going to stay and if you've been to the park till 6 and then want to come home for a swim it might feel chilly otherwise.
I am going mid to end September and am told I won't need pool heating but I did wonder too. Hope it will be warm enough but what do you think?

hi to all,[^]
I guess you have convinced us. It's a warm pool for us[^]
Thanks for all your replies. What a great place this is for information and help.

I was in my pool last September (middle of month) and it was lovely and warm without the pool heating being on, Lisi. You still get a lot of sunshine hours in September.![]()

I hope it won't be necessary and that it'll be really really warm (we're going in September tooquote:Originally posted by lisi

Great Gillian - you have convinced me and I'll save the money which is a bit tight as I had not planned to have to find accommodation anyway! Do you know what the temperature will be mid September?
Lisi
I must be a real wimp but I would have it on in September too (and July and August....)[:I]
