Hi - I'm new to the forums. WE are flying out to Tampa and then hope to hire a villa in Orlando. I am currently wading through the great response and comparing prices - they do seem to vary so much but some have given me a discount for just 2 of us. CAn anyone tell me the best way to hire a car. I have booked and paid for my flight as we had hoped to stay with son in Tampa - unfortunately he will be working away now so have to find accommodation and car hire.

You can buy car hire at vry competitve rates from the sister of this site - www.uscarhire.co.uk - all cars are direct with Dollar and you will have no problems picking up at Tampa airport and dropping off at either Tampa or Orlando airports.
Is there a problem with the US car hire server? - I have been trying over the last couple of days to book 2 weeks hire and keep getting a "Server error" message
Yes, I can get in OK - it's just when you get to the final stage of booking a car - after inputting address, credit card details, etc that the "server error" message appears
