Crespelle ???

We're off to Florida in November and my daughter adores an Italian pancake dish called Crespelle. Basically its a pancake with various fillings, her favourite is filling is chicken, mushrooms, onions, peppers and mozzarella cheese, basil, bechemel and tomato sauce.

If anyone sees this dish on a menu could you please let me know as it would make her holiday.

La Crepe is small and family run. All of their pancakes are freshly made and since you know the ingredients I'm sure that they would be happy to do you a "custom pancake" for your daughter. I love this place and try to visit whenever I'm in Florida.[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

I agree. Great place to get crepes. When we last visited in June there were new owners but food was just as delicious.
