They all are there on Netscape 8.1 but I see that some of you have linked directly into where you found the avatars rather than uploading them to OV so this might be the problem.

As long as it's from a free to copy website, right click the avatar and save it to your PC and then upload it as a file attachment to an OV post. Then put the new link into your signature profile.
