Does anyone know how far Poinciana Village and Poinciana Neighbourhood are from Crescent lakes? Also, what are these areas like?
Does anyone know how far Poinciana Village and Poinciana Neighbourhood are from Crescent lakes? Also, what are these areas like?

I'd allow 10-15 minutes. The neighbourhood's in Poinciana are a bit further along than the shopping area so maybe add another 5 minutes on.
The areas are much like anywhere else in the Kissimmee area - perhaps a bit more spaced out as the lots are bigger. There is a great new Wal-Mart with not a tourist in sight which is really handy as you save tons of time at checkouts.
When you go down to POINCIANA you will see a sign says SOUTHPORT it is a short ride along a country road and you will come to the airboat rides and lots of picnic tables with a roof over to shade from the brilliant sunshine the shop sells cold drinks, coffee& snacks. Also tickets for airboat ride and the boggy creek ride which is a large tall lorry takes you on a short ride lots of people enjoy both .
