Stay in or go out

Hello everyone We are going during halloween. Just wanted to ask everyones opinion of which night is best to go to MNSSHP. If we stay in the villa for 31st will there be trick or treaters or is that the best night to go to MK for party? Thanks.

If you're not going to a park on Halloween, then go to Celebration and do some trick or treating for yourself! [msnwink]

It really depends on which community you're staying as to whether there will be many trick or treaters - if it's predominently a rental community, then it's unlikely although if it's predominently a residential community, then there possibly will be.

Doesn't really matter that much which night you go to MNSSHP as it's Halloween every night!

We found 31st a great night to go to MK and if we had known just how many people would be dressed up would have joined them as well.

At Old Town in the afternoon of 31st they have trick or treating in the stores for the children to join in going from one store to the next to collect their candy.

were staying in Sanctuary at West Haven I think it is mainly rental so maybe not many trick or treaters. Anyway will ave to decide soon which day to buy a ticket for. Is celebration opposite the large flea market on 192?

As Blott says Celebration, fantastic evening, nearly all the houses are decorated and everyone joins in the spriit from the house owners to the fire fighters who hand out sweets to the kids,some go to great deal of trouble with pretend tomb stones like boot hill.

Given a choice I would go to MNSSHP on 30th and then try Celebration on 31st. This way you get to enjoy the Disney experience and see how US residents celebrate too. Having been there last year the house decorations are excellent - unfortunately we had to come home on 31st so missed that side although we did do MNSSHP.

thanks all I think the best suggestion is MNSSHP 30th and Celebration on 31st. Just to repeat a question from earlier is celebration on 192 opposite the large flea market?

You don't say whether or not you will have children with you, nor how old they are. If your party is all adults or you have older children (over 10) you should check out the Halloween events at Universal.

Not suitable for really young ones, but if you're up for a great night of frights and thrills then Universal really pull out all the stops.

Perhaps you could even treat the kiddles to the non-scary Mickey events, and another evening leave them with a babysitter and adults hit Universal?
