    Swim wear

Does anyone have any recommendations for shops that sell good quality, branded (for my daughter, 11)swimwear in the US. She is training and competing quite seriously and her swimsuits seem to last 5 minutes now!

There is a Speedo Authentic Fitness Store in the Florida Mall, I bought some fitness wear there in 1999 which I wear 5 times a week and its still going strong[msnwink]

Have to say we have found the branded swim wear in the US shops to be a little on the expensive side. Mind you I am fortunate enough to be able buy it through our club account at cheaper rates so maybe thats why it always seems quite dear to me.[msnsmile]

I work in the pool and know what you mean. I found decent swimwear expensive in Florida.
For costumes that last you need to buy the one that are 56% polyester / 44% PBT (Speedo Endurance for example). I use the web site www.swimrite.com and get some good deals on there.

If you do go shopping in the US remember though to use the words swim wear or bathing suit to talk to store employees. We do not use the terms costumes for bathing suits. It could be confusing especially now with Halloween coming up.
