Hi Vincent, I would suggest that you think about what is important to you in a villa (which features you want) and the same with the community it is on. Big, small, country, middle of it all, 5 mins disney, 20 mins disney, gated or not, golf course, lake, community facilities, gym, playground, I could go on! All community areas have home owner associations that require the owners to keep their home and grounds looking neat and tidy so wherever you chose, I know it will be beautiful

I have never been inside the community but would second Julie on it's location, really convenient for most things
