Fiona, I do hope that you get things sorted out with Cat. You must really must want to try and get your own operation done. Did you manage to look at the web site I suggested.
I have to say that I have found in the summer salad so satisfying as long as I have either meat, fish or egg with it. On green days I tend to have quorn sausages. I am not that keen on pasta without a sauce. I do make a ratatouille and have that with pasta. I prefer to have red days and that tends to fit in with DH likes so it suits both of us. It can be difficult balancing family meals with your own as well. A good start is to try a 7 day plan it does get you into a routine. There are things in it I do not like so just substituted something else.
