    Good evening all.

    Well done Janny, that's a great loss this week. [clap][clap][clap]

    Fiona, I do hope that you get things sorted out with Cat. You must really must want to try and get your own operation done. Did you manage to look at the web site I suggested.

    I have to say that I have found in the summer salad so satisfying as long as I have either meat, fish or egg with it. On green days I tend to have quorn sausages. I am not that keen on pasta without a sauce. I do make a ratatouille and have that with pasta. I prefer to have red days and that tends to fit in with DH likes so it suits both of us. It can be difficult balancing family meals with your own as well. A good start is to try a 7 day plan it does get you into a routine. There are things in it I do not like so just substituted something else.

    Cold frittata and salad, raspberries

    Muller yoghurt
    Lamb steak, mixed green veg and gravy - 2 syns

    good luck to those weighing in today, i think that's Jill and Kazzie, but if i've missed anyone out then good luck too[msnsmile]

    i've got a delightful afternoon with the mil[}] we're taking her out to see a live drama at the local museum and then she's coming here for tea, dh is doing the cooking so i'll be in the dog house before she even arrives

    well done janny thats a great weight loss if you havent got too much to lose, its my turn to weigh in tonight im feeling confidant, because ive had a good week, but ive been here before and ended up dissapointed so just want to get there to see if i get my rewards or have to pick myself up again heres hoping pat

    Just back from class and lost 1lb. and ended up slimmer of the week so came home with a bag full of goodies. We were given a motivation talk tonight, so have decided to do a very strict food diary for the week.

    ive been to SW this evening and lost 1 1/2lbs very pleased im down into the next stone but a bit dissapointed it wasnt more as ive had such a good week, but im determined to have another good week and try and make it more next week, i didnt stay tonight but reading through on here will give me some motivation to carry on, you will all have to be here a veeeeery long time for me to get to target pat

    Well had my G&T, so have decided that will be the last for the next seven days[?][?] that is until I have a bad day or someone upsets me.

    Our consultant was trying very hard to motivate us all this evening, saying it is only 8 classes to Christmas, so we should be aiming for 1lb a week. Giving us all sorts of tips, etc. The main one was to keep a very strict food diary, so am going to try that. Hopefully that might shift these last 6/7 lbs I want to loose.

    congratulations Pat and Jill both fab weight losses[clap][clap][clap]

    Pat i know you wanted more but 1.5lbs is a good regular weight to be losing the experts say we should aim for 1-2lbs per week for lasting success so you are bang on target[msnsmile]

    Jill, my consultant gave us all christmas trees to colour in between now and christmas and the one with the most baubles coloured in wins a hamper full of goodies, it's her way of "pep talking" us to give it a push for christmas[msnwink]

    i've had a good day even with mil coming for tea, the woman had finally acknowledged i've lost weight! took her long enough[msnmad] she still hasn't said that i look better or anything, she just made a general comment that i'm not as fat as i used to be[msneek]

    Sally, have a safe journey home and we will look forward to that trip report and photies once your over the jet lag

    mizzy my mil asks me every week how ive done im sure she delights when i dont lose she has said some awful things in the past about other fat people she has even said things in front of my daughter, she even commented on ken my husband her son she thought he had put weight on then proceeds to buy sweets and chocolate to bring home with him and my son to "nibble on", we go for tea every 2 weeks i counted on sunday 8 different kinds of cake on the table i made a SW lemon meringue and took it with me i didnt touch any of it, we have told her in the past not to do it but she doesnt take any notice i know they dont have to eat it but i just think its so inconsiderate,
