thanks for the welcome julie its good to talk to someone every day i think its helping to keep me focused i have had another good day eating wise went over today with my sins but not overall this week so im ok i made a lemon meringue today SW of course and it was delicious, but it ended up a bit of a disaster go to mother in laws for tea on sundays and she loves to tempt me with lots of sweet stuff so i took my meringue covered it with foil and when i was taking the foil off the meringue stuck to it and landed on the floor i have to admit i rescued some of it and stuck it back on as i was the only one eating it i thought what the hell it still tasted good mind the hard gritty bits not sure what they were (just joking). still im looking foward to tomorrow and having another good day.

i'm sat here and i know i shouldn't be[msneek] i've been having little fits all morning not sure what's going on but the meds are doing something, so hey! i'm still standing, well allright then sitting [msnsmile]

in my defence i can say that i'm keeping myself occupied but dh will have a fit himself if he finds out[msnscared]

well i've had a super week and if i don't drop a few lbs tonight then i'll be gutted, it's raining cats and dogs here at the minute, i'm planning on dragging the dog and kids for long walk but not until i know that i'll be ok

will check in later with results

Morning everyone, not been posting much the last few days, just had so much to do. Busy at work and have things to sort out at home so I'm ready for bedroom fitters when I get back [msneek] Oh and also getting ready for holiday - have I told you I'm off to Florida on Thursday [msnwink] [msnwink]

Mizzy I didn't realise you lived quite so close to me, for some reason I thought you were nearer to Newcastle... Hope you are feeling ok.

morning everyone just collected the post and found another little note from our SW consultant i stayed the same on thurs evening and its just a little encouragement to keep me going, there is a little form inside a personal commitment so ive filed it in was ging to stick it on my ridge but the men in the house will see it and find out how much i weigh so ill keep it in my purse im always in there and more so this week cos the grandaughter is off school, does any of your consultants do this i just think its a nice little pesonal touch and i cetainly feel like someone is there for you,and of course now ive found all of you that will help me even more HAVE A NICE(GOOD) DAY

Morning all.

Lovely day done here this morning, what a change from yesterday. Been for a walk with the dogs and it was really nice down on the beach. Off to do some shopping this afternoon in Portsmouth so it will be a late walk when I get back.
