Morning girls, just a quick look in while I drink my tea before I take the hounds off and then off to work.
Not that I have been busy or anything but I had a reminder from SW I hadn't checked in online recently! Have a good day all.

Bad day yesterday, t.o.t.m hormones are killing me, terrible cravings, pmt depression[msncry] So glad its the weekend, dh is being an absolute star, and I am looking forward to this week, I love having the little ones off school and we have our 'baby' girls 5th birthday this week too[msnsmile2]
Paula have fun in the Lakes!
Mizzy so glad you are doing well, I am going to try really hard to over come my cravings today[msnscared]
Pat tiredness is a killer, try peparing meals first thing if you have time and put them in the fridge for later[msnwink]
Have a great day all, looks like its going to be a wet one for most of us[msnwink]
Just done 30 mins power run on the treadmill to blow away some cobwebs and it has worked[sporty][sporty][sporty][sporty]
Morning all, with the wind blowing down here a walk along the beach blew away all my cobwebs.
Shortly off the agility, it is bright and sunny at the moment so hope the rain doesn't come. We are meant to be going a Heavy Horse Show tomorrow to do an agility demonstration but with the weather forecast I have a feeling it might be rained off. A shame as both the owners and the dogs love doing it, especially the dogs and they love showing off.
Trying to be good foodwise as I am determined to get my 7lbs off before my countdown and free week are up. I have four weeks to go then should be free from then on.
Julie, are you doing your SW training next week?
Catch up later, have a good weekend all and Paula have a good time in the Lakes and hope you don't get washed away.
Paula, have a great time at the lakes, when you say the lakes do you mean up north to the lake district?
Julie, hope you start to feel better soon[grouphug] i cannot believe that you managed the treadmill despite being poorly
Jill, i think you have done fantastic and i'm sure you will lose the next 7lbs with ease,[clap][clap][clap] we were on the beach yesterday tea time and it was very cold with that north sea wind, here are some pics, this is not our favourite beach but the quietest for Olly and until we're confident that he'll come when called it's best for now
Mizzy
Yes Mizzy I mean the Lake District. My Mum and Dad have a caravan near Grange over Sands. The girls love it and I'm also taking one of my neices so it should be fun.
Paula
Lovely photos Mizzy how lovely to live near a beach[msnsmile2]
Jill Yes I have some pre training this monday and a full day at head office next monday[msnsmile] I am sure you will lose those 7lbs by the time your countdown is up. I am hoping to get to target too soon for the same reasons[msnwink]

Well the rained stayed off for agility except for a quick sharp shower. Got home for a late lunch and then cut the grass and raked up the acorns from our front lawn. DH was clearing the gutters and washing the conservatory roof.
food diary for today
Large bowl of mixed fruit
Ham salad and apple, 2 slices of granary bread with lurpak light (I know naughty but nice for a treat)
Hifi bar at teatime
Steak, new potoates and salad, strawberries and raspberries.
Might be tempted with a choccie later.
Keeping our fingers crossed for a fine day tomorrow but not very hopeful.
Sorry, I must apologise for letting the team down[msnsad], once again. I have not been doing too well lately. Not trying to make excuses, but have been totally stressed with the high school application process. We have eventually decided on first choice school (not what we want) purely because we have no chance of getting into the one that we wanted for Melanie. It has been so stressful and Melanie has been in tears a lot of the time.
Also had to rush to the vet with Lily, who injured her leg while playing with another dog. Nothing too drastic, just needed anti inflammatery (SP?) but not an experience I would want to repeat in a hurry[msneek].
Will have to try really hard this week as its lots harder when its half term.
I really must try to keep up with all of your postings as I simply dont seem to have a lot of time at the moment. Its a bit embarassing to admit to this as I know that a lot of you have jobs to go to, which I dont. I will try to catch up tomorrow and then keep on top.

i've had another really good day
made a potato dough based pizza for tea, it was huge and only 4.5syns, i'm going to stick the recipe on my other post but i would highly recommend it[msntongue]
Paula, grange over sands is a lovely place so i'm sure you're going to have a fab holiday, just wrap up well[msnsmile]
Julie, we are very lucky as we have a choice of 4 beaches, the one photographed is my least favourite but the quietest for Olly, great for exercise though as the path up and down is fairly steep
Jill, you'll have to take some doggie photos for me too, hope it stays dry tommorrow
Kazzie, don't feel guilty about not be around all the time, just check in whenever you feel like it and need a little support, sorry about your little ones school place, it may not be first choice but if she's got friends going with her to the new school then i'm sure she'll be ok, i know it's very easy to say but do try not too worry too much[grouphug]
