Evening all, had a good day today, two walks and badminton.

    Food diary
    Mixed fruit
    Cold meat and salad
Quorn tikka stir fry with sauce - 3 syns
    Muller light, HiFi bar

I may have a treat later too.

Mizzy, I have gone down from a size 16 to a small 12, cannot quite get into a size 10 but size 12 is in most cases loose on me. It is a really good feeling. I have treated myself to some new clothes but if I did not alter some of the ones I have I would have very few clothes to wear. Anyway I quite enjoy sewing when I have the time. I am a great believer in charity shops and I have picked some new clothes, labels still on them just recently, Next, Per Una, Principles and such like for bargain prices.

Mizzy, love the photos of Olly, looks like he has really settled into your home[msnsmile]. I stayed the same this week too, but to be fair I didnt really deserve to have lost any weight as I have been pretty bad this week[msnembarrased]

Well done Paula and Julie[clap], a loss is still a loss, however much and dont forget how much harder it is Julie when you are so close to your target.

Good luck for next week Theresa, I am sure you will see a loss and good to hear that your clothes are feeling good. You are doing well sticking with the diet when you are having a hard time at the moment. Hope things improve for you soon.

Jill you will be at your target in no time.

Welcome Pat, you will get lots of encouragement from all of us on here.

How did it go with your weigh in tonight Fiona?

Sorry if I have missed anybody out, which I know I must have as there are so many of us on here. I must try to knuckle down now to get some weight off, its no use losing one week then staying the same the next, etc. The dog walking is certainly helping, I just need to stop cheeting now and I may get some better results[msnembarrased]

clothes re-cycling! i'm with you there in a way Jill, but i find it's easier for me to shop from home

there's quite a few bargains to be had on ebay

i have recently bought my daughter a 50's style ballgown for a new years party off ebay with a $320 label still attached, i paid £15 inc the postage, bargain or what[msnwink]

i have disposed a lot of my old grown out of clothes this way too

i'm down from a size 18-20 bottom half to a size 16 and tops from a size 18 to 14, i'll be very happy with a comfortable size 12 but i reckon i need to lose another 2 stone for that

i've never been a 10 as such except when i was really ill in my late teens and i'm very comfortable with a curvy 12-14, dh reckons i go in and out in all the right places[msnembarrased]

sorry Kazzie, we where both guilty of typing at the same time

it's good to stay the same every now and then, think of it as practice for when you reach that target weight [msnwink]

have you got much to lose now Kazzie?

i think most of us have hiccups Pat, it's life, it has a nasty habit of getting in the way of some of the best made plans or intentions

some of my more memorable hiccups this year iclude my trip to cadburys world, wont elaborate on this but i'm sure you can imagine[msneek][msnembarrased]

and then my holiday in august, you name it and i ate it, hot sugared donuts, fish and chips, chinese take aways, speciality ice cream sundaes and quite a few cream teas[msnembarrased] oh the joys of holidaying in britain!

if i get to my three stone award by christmas i'll be very proud indeed, yes i want to lose more but that will come especially with the support from the girls on here, they have been absolutely fab through good times and bad[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

Julie, for my treat i had a skinny cow toffee ice lolly 4.5syns[msntongue] yummy!

Evening all, just managed to get on the computer - at this time of night!! Am signing up for wireless tomorrow.

Well, despite having 6" of hair cut off I still managed to put on ½lb! Still back on track this week so confident I can lose it and more for next week.

Hoping to lose half a stone for Christmas, if I lost more I would be thrilled, but mine is so slow, only time it came off regularly is when I came off the tamoxifen.

ED has overdone it today - went back to uni and exhausted herself. No appointment yet for Monday from the hospital so I have to phone tomorrow to chase them up - I need to make a list I have so much to remember!

Am off to bed now with my SW mag as reading matter - loved the calendar and I am going to follow the drop a size by christmas menu (or what I can of it) and see what happens gals.
