Well I'm about now, went off to do the shopping this morning then we packed up lunch and took the two dogs (Sally's and ours) off for a picnic lunch and a walk. It is such a gorgeous day down here. Hope everyone else is having such a good one too.

I am thinking I should do some housework but think I would rather go out in the garden for an hour.

Mizzy, hope your meeting goes well on Monday. It is amazing how people always try and blame someone else these days. It seems to me that no-one is prepared to accept responsibility and from a teacher this is quite unacceptable.

I am here at last[msnoo] had a very stressful day as the bank lost £10,000 I paid in yesterday[msnmad][msnmad][msnmad] Got it back now but I am very unhappy with Lloyds Tsb we have a few accounts with them and this was the last straw[msnmad][msnmad]

Had a good day so far.....

fruits and yog
skinny lattes HC a's
cous cous with mushrooms and toms
muller lite apple pie
spanish omelette with peas
lots of water[angel]

may have a few choccies later[clap]

p.s I can't dust my keyboards every time I pass them as they switched on from 5am till bedtime[msnembarrased] so DH cleans them all with special cleaner once a week[msnwink]

Sorry to hear about the problems with your son Mizzy and hope things are sorted out with the meeting on Monday.

Julie, glad to hear that the pounds lost have now been regained[msnwink], it must have been a nightmare of a day for you!

I must admit that I have struggled a little with the healthy eating this week. Not trying to make excuses but it has been hard to be well planned with meals with all the school visiting and then with the worrying on top, well I must admit that a few naughty things have passed my lips[msnembarrased] Oops must try harder next week.

Hi all, been reasonably good today. Great news - ED is up and bouncing around almost as if she had not been anywhere near a hospital! We have worked out the codeine was making her violently ill so as long as she sticks to the others all is ok.

i'm feeling much better already, well better than yesterday that's for sure

i started new meds on tues, to counteract the side effects of the old meds and oh boy, these two drugs when taken together most certainly don't like each other[msnscared]

dh has been onto my neurologist and he said must bear with it and to phone back monday[msnsad]

Really happy to hear that ED is up and about and feeling much better. I can thoroughly understand that it was the codeine making her ill. I was prescribed codeine after having some dental treatment that could only be done at the hospital and it sent me really daft! ( I know I am daft anyway, before anybody gets that in before me! ) It was a real effort to do anything and I remember having to walk to school to pick my daughter up and I couldnt walk in a straight line, it was like being extremely drunk, I couldnt even manage to carry a handbag[msneek]. I have never felt anything like it in my life. I was on antibiotics at the same time and at first thought it could be them but when they had finished I was still really bad, it was only when I stopped the codeine that I returned to normal. (Well I say normal, I mean normal for me LOL!)

Mizzy, Hope you are feeling better soon and the meds are sorting themselves out with you.

Paula, hope you enjoyed the maltezers, a very small slice of my Mums chocolate cake managed to jump into my mouth today[msnembarrased] and I am not that much into sweet things! I think its still the worry with all the High School stuff going on.

you'll be allright Paula, you can account for a packet of mallies it's when you eat a full box that you should be worried[msneek] same goes with the cake Kazzie[msnwink]

i seem to have been eating everything that's not pinned down really[msnembarrased]

but today i've woke up and my determined head is definately back on, there's going to be another weight gain tommorrow and i only have myself to blame[msnsad]
