Theresa, it's great to hear from you and i wouldn't worry about 1/2lb at all, especially at that totm, yes it's all wet and cold here and here, i have no more excuses with exercise the dog needs walking whatever the weather

i love the autumn and like nothing better than kicking up a few leaves when there nice and dry and scrunchy, my dh looks at me as if i'm nuts when i run into the leaves but hey, for me it's the same as splashing in puddles, why should the kids have all the fun[msnsmile]

Jill, be brave and get those winter woolies on, it'll have to be done sooner or later

well a pretty good day for me today, about 99% i reckon , much better than the weekend i can tell you

Wow two days in a row for me, this is great!

Mizzy I hope the new 'addition' to the family is settling in, and it will be a way of ensuring you get a walk in. I have found I have become quite addicted to my walking, so much so that my right knee is playing up now. Have to back off a bit.

Doctor at work is flying to London this Friday, I am so jealous. Is it very cold at home, or are you having an Indian summer?

I am mainly doing red days, with the odd green, as I find that is shifting the weight much faster than green days. Is there any problem with that, if say I do three red then 1 green, etc etc?

no problems at all Theresa you can mix the days up as much as you want ,stick to all red or green or a mixture of both, whatever suits really

i am getting lots of extra walks and it's been pretty dismal here the last few days, rain and more rain, but hey i'm not complaining i happen to like the rain[msneek] and i especially like jumping in puddles [msnwink]

very childish i know but in my defence i am only 37 and my mum never allowed us to get soaking wet!

Had a good day yesterday, two walks, afternoon gardening and an hours badminton. Food wise good too.

i've just finished super long walk with dh (his day off) and Olly, i'm planning on licking this house into shape after an important meeting with a girl from the direct payments team, we finally have another PA for my daughter Jo and have lots of new paperwork to sort out, oh the joys of being an employer, for some obscure reason i thought it would be much easier than this[msnsad] will check in later
