No it's something our consultant has done herself I think - it nothing from SW on it. Basically any of us could do it ourselves, it's numbered 1- 70 and you cross off your syns each time you use one.

Well done Fiona [clap][clap][clap], it all adds up.
I have lost 2 and a half lbs this week which I am really chuffed with[msnsmile2]. I think it has helped with all the walking of Lily.
Have had a lot of stress at home for the last few weeks. YS has been umming and aarring about going to uni, one minute he was going then the next he wasnt. He eventually decided that he would go and went to enroll last Monday only to phone me before lunch time that he couldnt go through with it![msnmad] He decided that he would look for a full time job, spent a few days doing nothing about this, then decided Thursday of last week that he would go to uni after all. So far, this week is freshers week, he has been and is not sure if he likes it![msnmad][msnmad][msnmad] so whether he sticks to it will be obvious sooner than later.
Apart from that have my MIL in hospital, yet again, and FIL getting much worse on a daily basis with alzheimers, oh isnt life fun[msnwink][msntongue]
I wont bore you with the other troubles that have been brewing for a while[msnwink], I will save that for another time, lol.
Hope anybody who is weighing in tomorrow will do well and good luck to all for the rest of the week.

Well done everyone who lost[clap][clap][clap]
Never mind this week Julie you have done brilliantly so far and I'm sure you will soon loose the 2.5lb.
Been very good the last few days....must keep in up.
Off to see more secondary schools for Caitlin today, I thought this would be fun[msnsad]
Paula
well done Karen[clap][clap][clap] sorry to hear about what's going on at home, hope things improve a little soon[msnsmile]
Fiona, there is something available from class called an SAS log and it's about keeping your mind more focused with the syns and the emotional triggers etc; i'm surprised the consultant didn't have it to offer, it's "slimming against sabotage" or something like that
Paula, do you have a lot more schools to look at?, i agree with you it's no fun, more of a headache that gets increasingly worse[msnsad]
Mizzy
Well done Karen[clap][clap], hope things at home work out.

Well done Karen, and you have alot going on at the moment so it's not easy to stay focused. ED wnet off to uni at Nottingham 4 years ago to do a 4 year sandwich course, loved the uni and made loads of friends, hated her course. After 1 year (which we had to persuade her to complete) she wanted to change courses and they were so unhelpful. So she ended up switching to a Spacial Design course specialising in Theatre & Event Design at BCU which is local to us. We still don't think she ended doing the best course to suit her and to be honest I think she could have got a job and be earning loads now - instead of up to her ears in debt. And she would have learnt on the job rather than loads of airy fairy stuff at uni that may or may not be any use to her! She still hankers after teaching, so after 4 years at uni she may well go and do a PGSE anyway - depending on her health obviously. So if your son is not happy he may be better off working and then perhaps going back later on when his mind is focused on it! Is he away or living at home still?
Mizzy - we did have the SAS stuff a few months ago, in fact I bet I have one somewhere. This is just a quick aide-memoire to make you think more about what you eat and plan better. Trouble is while we are working a 6 day week and worrying about ED's health as well guess what is going out the window?!
Anyway had a lovely walk this morning with my hounds and my neighbour's little dog, however bad you are feeling a hike at a fast pace in the sunshine always cheers you up! Got collared by the National Trust Warden on my way back to the car park - apparently some mid-Europeans have been stopping people (and in particular someone with OES) asking if they want their dogs to fight theirs[msnmad]. If they got the other lady who has 3 - she is a judge and very high up in the OES London area, and a doctor, so I am sure she gave them short thrift. Not to mention her dogs are all bitches, and 2 of them are 12 but the other one is young. I always have my mobile phone on me when I am out with the hounds and it has a camera so I will take a picture of them and their dog (if I can) if they approach me!
Hi everyone!
Well done to all you losers this week[clap][clap][clap].
Julie - [grouphug]you must be disappointed especially for being an [angel] too.
Been on the treadmill every morning this week again so far and walked dogs in the evenings too. Last night I decided to go a different way and for a bit further so I ended going straight through the middle of a ploughed (but not planted!)field, uphill, and it was a huge field, it took me about 20mins to walk across it and by the time I got to the top, boy did I know about it! I felt like I'd done a marathon! All good fun!

Well, you've all been very busy, havn't you???
I seemed to have neglected my good eating habits and moved in the "not so good" ones!!!![msncry][msncry]. Back at work more hours now and its taking its toll on my body!!.
Why is weight so easy to put on but takes ages to get back off !!!?
Will have to get back motivated AGAIN and follow your examples.
