Julie B -I must admit my feelings on the classes are very similar to yours -not a lot of inspiration or help going on -if I didn't go with a friend I probably would have dropped out by now or stopped staying on .A little bit of newsabout what is new on the market would help or handing out receipes ideas or advice on exercise but we get not a lot .
been on green today did 40 mins on the treadmill this morning to start with then had
2 weetabix with fruit 1xha 1xhb
jacket potato filled with the remains of the lentiland veg soup I made yesterday and a big salad
yogurt 1/2 syn
mediterranean cous cous with salad for tea
grapes and yogurt 1/2 syn
about 4 litres of water so far
will have 3 baby bels later 1xha
out for a group meeting tomorrow so have decided on sea food cocktail followed by poached salmon and veggies so should be ok -until they show me the desserts!
Well I have to say the one Jill and I go to is great. I actually look forward to it, what a sad person I am[msneek]
Sharon our consultant is a scream, everybody is very friendly.
Sharon goes through anything that is new, people bring in the packets when they find something new. We get ideas for recipes from each other. I can not praise her enough for keeping us motivated.
Oh and everybody on here keeps me motivated too[clap][clap][clap]
we get all of that too at my class Sally, the class has a real social buzz about it, lots of new ideas, recipes, food taster nights and i really look forward to going
it's the one night a week i get a whole 2 hours to myself and i can have a break from the kids

the consultant is fantastic , she lost 5 stone to begin with and is still working at losing the final 2, it's like we're doing it all together and she's so open and honest about everything
