    I am so happy now.

Has been an awful few days wondering whats wrong and if we would be able to go on holiday.

Saw Doctor this morning and all my bloods are back, they were fine, she said ovarian cancer is ruled out[clap], I am not anemic, which was why she wouldn't let me fly. Still need a scan and she phoned while I was there to chase it up, 11th October, the day before we go[msnsad], she thinks it will just show Fibroids and we can deal with that after I get home. She thinks it is very unlikely that a tumor will show up and even if it did we can deal with it as my liver is working well so it hasn't spread.

    Might start packing now[msnwink]

Great news Sally, that's the day ED goes in for her op - have to be in Oxford for 7.00am - means getting up at 5.00am to drive there, park the car somewhere - god knows where at that time of day, perhaps on a meter and then I have to dash out when the meter money starts!

I had fibroids - had a myomectomy when 12 weeks pregnant (it was the size of a football and growing faster than the baby), and then a hysterctomy many years later as more had grown.

Good working lunch - roll with cheese & chutney, crisps, cucumber & baby toms (I DON'T think so!). After work tomorrow am making a list for next week and getting sorted. Need food on the go that is not as bad as that!

well ladies another good day for me, i has a few colly wobbles earlier when my son and his little school friend made some chocolate cornflake cakes but i was good and managed to get through it with only a tiny nibble going into my mouth

and that jumped in there all by itself, honest![msnembarrased]

i've had another red day today
    usual brekkie
homemade burger in wholemeal bun with massive salad
    yogurt
    strawbs and kiwi fruit
chargrilled chicken and veggies for tea
and i've got a skinny cow toffee ice lolly for later 4.5syns[msntongue]

    Good evening girls,

Well, glad todays over with. My DH's nans funeral today. She was 96 and glad to go cos she'd had enough but its still sad.

Did 45 mins on the treadmill this morning[sporty][angel], had my 28g of porridge for breakfast, didn't drink loads of water today I'm afraid cos the last thing I wanted was to need the loo half way through the funeral. Have been drinking loads since I got back though. Unfortunately, all down hill from there, missed lunch (due to funeral at awkward time) [msnembarrased] and then had a burger in a bun (not a healthy homemade one like yours mizzy) for tea followed by a go ahead yoghurt break. Never mind, tomorrow is costco day, so back to a fridge full to the brim with yummy fruit and salad veggies.

Sally, for you,[grouphug][grouphug]. Pleased for you.[msnsmile2].

White seasame seed bun with a 100% beef burger in it (oh, and dare I say it a square of processed cheese[msnembarrased] - ouch!). In my defence, the 28g of porridge was made with half semi skimmed milk, half water. The go ahead yoghurt break I think is 3.5 sins ( I looked yesterday, I may be wrong) and I'm sure I haven't used many syns this week[msntongue].

I'll stop trying to dig myself out now[msnwink].

I won't be having anything else to eat today now[msnsmile2].

Julie B, the average burger bar cheeseburger is 15 syns and i've never seen the yogurt breaks so not sure about those

i would say, still eat your tea, it will keep your metabolism working and you really don't have to punish yourself by having no tea

one bad day does not a bad week make[msnsmile]

come on then give it to me how many weeks til our hols[msnscared]

Julie b I would agree with Mizzy and have tea of some sort later if needs be just some thing light but it will keep your met rate burning, maybe a small omelette??

My consultant mentioned Go Ahead bars this week and you are much better off getting some HiFi bars which are the only HC b bars - you can buy them in your class, I have one most nights, Cranberry and yogurt and they are purfect for a sweet fix[msnwink]

Are you going to go back to class next week by the way?

Good day for me again today had a green day today.....

fruits and low fat nat yog 1 syn
    skinny lattes 2 x HC a's
    cous cous with tomatoes
muller lite apple pie 1 syn
    banana, grapes and strawbs
    mushroom omelette
    HiFi bar HC b
    lots of water[angel]

    extra latte 6 syns

total syns 8 so far but I am going to have a few choccies later so it will be more like 10[angel]
