    good morning everyone

    well another new week and i'm straight back into the saddle

    i know for a fact that tonight will be a gain, but i can truly say that i deserve it[msnembarrased]

    there is half a iced fruit cake in the house can anyone tell me if it will be ok to freeze, if i can i will put it away and cut it into slices for new year, i hate having it just sitting there tempting me, but it would be a shame to bin it

    i'm still very tired from the weekend but i am going to force myself to get onto that strider this morning

    Julie, looks like you had no tea yesterday?

    Julie B how did the weigh in go?

    Quick pop in before work.

    Stayed the same AGAIN when I was weighed on Thursday[msnsad], I seem to be stuck.

    Nice to see everyone had a nice weekend/birthday/party.

    1 month until I go to Florida and want to get rid of this weight.

    Fingers crossed that I have a loss on Thursday, can honestly say that I deserve one[msnwink]

    Hello Girls!

    Well I am back, with a couple of pounds gain, actually its probably 4 pounds, but I have been under the pump lately, and even though I have been walking, I have been having a few glasses of wine, to 'escape' the pressures at home! So these have slowly, but surely, crept up on me.

    Its Spring now, and the warm weather is coming in, and I want to get back on the wagon, so to speak.

    Hope everyone is well! Doing ok. I will have a good old read back on the threads, and try and get myself into gear again.

    Food Diary

    Weetabix *
    BEans on Toast
    Light Swiss Cheese & Salad Roll

    Apple & Orange, Skinny Latte.

    * Yes a dear friend sent me Weetabix, as I told her I hadn't any for ages. Its not even like I was a Weetabix fantatic at home, its just that they have Weetbix here, which are horrible, and I always wish I could have an English Weetabix, just to show the kids the difference. Unfortunately she also sent me Bassetts Jelly Babies and Cadbury Purple Snacks (pack of 5) and a block of Cadbury Chocolate! Groan. OK, now I remember where the 4 pounds came from....hahaha! Just goes to show, it creeps up fast, bit falls off slowly!

    food diary yesterday
    cereal with fruit and milk from allowance =1xa ,1xb
    crab salad with wholemeal bread =1xb
    melon

    steak with squash mash,mange tout ,carrots .
    3 baby bel cheeses 1xa
    danone yougurts
    3 litres of water

    done my treadmill today but feel a bit bloated and am wondering whether it could be the bread as it is the first I have had in a while .

    Belated Happy Birthday to you Fiona[msnsmile2], glad you had a good time.

    Glad the party went well for you Mizzy, now just the clearing up eh![msnwink].

    Julie, Size 12, I wish, (will be one day[msnwink]).

    Well, last week was better but still not great foodwise, couple of snacks creeping in where they shouldn't, plus school (where I work) laid on lunch for us for 2 days, always hard to resist, and to top it all, I did get on the treadmill tues and weds but thurs I couldn't run cos I'd got a sore lower back, I could power walk but it obviously didn't like the impact so power walked on thurs and then stayed off until today, when I did 40 mins and running was fine, no probs. Weigh in for me yesterday, stayed the same so I must make more effort this week, florida is rapidly approaching and I'm running out of time.

    Food Diary so far today,

    Porridge with half milk and half water
    Tuna Salad, half a wholemeal pittabread and an apple
    Tea will be chicken breast with salad

    hey Julie B we've still got 6 months yet and i'm sure with a little bit of drive and determination we'll get there[msnwink]

    i cut up my anniversary cake this morning and have walked to my mums to get rid of some of it, good 2 mile walk so should help with the weight loss

    Theresa, it's really nice to see you back on here, i know it's hard for you at the minute but we will be thinking of you[grouphug] take special care of yourself and those children of yours wont you[grouphug]

    Sally it will happen, you must be very close to target now?, you need to remember how far you've come girl you have done brilliantly so don't forget it[clap][clap][clap]

    Well, we are back on line now. Just realised how dependent I am on the computer and how much I miss it whne it doesn't work.

    Have not had a good weekend, friends for the day on Friday and had chinese for supper and there was no chicken chow mein. How many syns I do not know. Saturday was not too bad but yesterday I was down in the dumps and ended up having toast and butter and two finesse bars plus a large G&T in the evening. I am therefore not looking forward to weigh-in this week. I must get out and do a little more exercise than usual to try and make up.

    Mizzy, glad you had a good day on Saturday. Good luck with weigh-in tonight.

    Fiona, belated Happy Birthday. Good luck on Thursday with the appointment with ED. Why don't you go early, have lunch out and then do a little shopping to boost both your spirits.
