    Diary for today.

    2 Bananas for Breakfast
    Lunch 3 slices of Nimble,Tuna, Lettice and Tomatoes.
    Dinner, Salmon and loads of Fine Green Beans Frozen.
    2 Litres of water.
    Milk from allowance for Tea and Coffee.

    Catch up with you all tomorrow.

    It gets it done and out the way[msnwink] I got up at 0630 again had a cup of tea etc then jumped on[msnsmile2] trying to get used to early starts again ready for children going back to school[msnsmile] trouble is to do it before the school run I need to be up even earlier[msneek]

    Good morning all.

    Not feeling too good today, bad sore throat, not sure if it is the beginning of a cold or not. Walking the dog this morning was really hard work.

    Julie, the swedish meat balls were frozen from Asda, they were very good. I even put some on DH's pizza last night and he was also impressed. I am definitely converting him to quorn. The ratatouille was from the SW magazine in May/June. They served it with tuna. I made it the other night and we had it with tuna but there was some left over. The amount they tell you to cook for one is vast and I had doubled it so had some left over.

    Question for the SW experts about the syns online please.
    When they give the syn value for a product is that per portion or for the whole item?
    I have a can of ratatouille which is 390grm and is 2 1/2 syns on either day so I need to know how much I can eat .
