Hi ladies,

Well here in sunny, thundery, humid, wet Florida

..oh, just come back fro Daytona beach and had a wonderful meal at a place called "Bubba Gumps". Lots of scrimp dishes and wonderful dips. Not sure on the calories but my goodness it was worth it[msnwink][msnwink]. Definately one to try if you visit Daytona.

My its quite on here...I wonder why????[msnwink][msnwink]

There is also a Bubba Gumps at Universal, we tried it a few weeks ago, yummy food[msnsmile].

Good afternoon all.

Janny, hope the walk went well.

I have had a very energetic two days, two long walks yesterday and dog agility class.
Food diary for yesterday
Fruit
Cold meat salad and fruit
Tuna steak with ratatouille and baked potato and pineapple

Today have had another long walk and then went and played tennis for over an hour. DH went blackberry picking so will cook these and have them for breakfast over the next day or so. Another walk with the dog later this afternoon.

I am oh so determined to get those six pounds off before going to Florida.

Green day today

Cooked breakfast, bacon, tomato, mushrooms and scrambled egg, one slice of toast
Large mixed salad and pineapple for lunch
Chilli quorn sausages, baked beans and either baked potato or SW chips for supper. Fruit
Hi-fi bar and yoghurt at some point plus extra fruit.

Hello all, still not felt 100% but had a good green day today.....

fruits with yog 1 syn
skinny lattes x 2 = 2 HC a's
1 slice of wholemeal toast HC b with beans
muller lite apple pie 1 syn
M & S red thai chicken with noodles = 7 syns
HiFi bar 1 HC b
apple and 2 banana's
lots of water[angel]
may have some more fruits and yog later?

total syns so fare today 9[clap]

i'm here Julie, just popped in for a quick catch up

i've started the mamouth task of getting my house cleaned and de-junked for the party, i have had to stop because i'm tired and also my hands are sore because i didn't put any gloves on to protect them

there seems to be loads still to do[msnsad] will be working flat out when i get the children back to school

having a good day foodwise, i've had usual brekkie and a sunday lunch without the potatoes, feeling pretty full after lunch so not sure about supper (perhaps just a snack)

Mizzy that is one of the reasons I don't have parties at home anymore, last time we did was our wedding reception 10 years ago and we had a marquee in the garden and caterers etc[msnwink] Before that we had had a least 2-3 parties per year[msnwink] Don't get too tired young lady[grouphug]

Hi Ladies,
Arrived in Florida yesterday. Had a great flight, plane was half empty and wizzed through customs this end.
You have probably guessed weather is not very good. Wild storm ragging outside at the moment. Haven't had a chance to try out my new bikini yet[msnsad]. Went and looked at some spas this morning. Have got to wait until tomorrow to find out if the one we want is in stock. I hate waiting[msnmad]
Had a lovely buffet lunch at Southern Dunes clubhouse this morning. Not so good for the waist, but what the hell, at least I could eat it. Teeth feeling a little beter.
If weather carries on like this I will do more postings on my vacation than I do at home[msnwink]

Jackie glad to hear you arrived safely, but shame about the weather anyway, i hope you get the hot tub installed in time for you to get that bikini out girl and you never know all those jets will magic away any unwanted lbs[msnwink]

Julie, i love the idea of a party but hate the preparation , i'm not what you would call a natural hostess, i get quite agitated and fussed in the run up to it but once it's under way i'm usually ok[msnsmile]

i would have been better had the caterer been able to do all of the food[msnsad]
