Been busy all day so far. Work this morning then just back from doing the shopping at Asda[msnsad]. Have a lovely prawn salad planned for tea.
No husband this weekend, he is away in London on a course, just me and the girls.

Jackie my girls couldn't eat much the first few days the brace went in, and I think every time they were tightened. Lots of soup and soft food, and not much of that - v good for the diet!
Good day until supper - and then we had takeaway chinese .... oh now have to be v v v good all weekend.
Have a nice one gals, Mizzy & Julie back soon, we will all be back to normal gas-bagging levels[msnsmile2].

Good morning all, well the diet went to pot yesterday,
Cereal and fruit for breakfast,
Sea bream in a mussel, prawn and clam tomato sauce with a glass of wine
Fish salad, fruit and ice cream, champagne, chocolates and chocolate liqueur.
Have to do a little extra exercise today, long walk with the dog, agility class with her, another walk and possibly a swim. Then out to supper tonight.
Girls, we haven't given Mizzy and Julie much to read when they get back, it really does show who does all the talking. I think Mizzy is back today so look forward to hearing all about her holiday.

Happy Birthday Jill, and well done to everyone whos lost this week.
Well, I went shopping and actually nearly enjoyed it (its normally the worst day ever when I have to go clothes shopping - I'm sure some of you know what I mean[msnwink]).
I tried on clothes that are 2 sizes down from where I started and got them on and done up - not quite wearable comforably cos they're a bit tight but it seemed silly getting the next size up.
It certainly has given me the oomph to carry on with the diet cos they're clothes for work and I have 3 weeks left to make sure they're not tight when I go back to work at the end of the summer hols.
It gave me just a tiny glimpse of the enjoyment I could have shopping for clothes when I'm another 1 or 2 sizes smaller - there are sooo many nice things out there and I've spent the last goodness knows how many years in baggy stuff to hide the hideous thing within them. By putting on something with more shape, it showed me that I actually do have a waist!![msnsmile2].
Let me be the first to say welcome back to Mizzy and Julie, (just in case you return before I log on again) I hope you both have had a wonderful holiday and feel rested and raring to go!

Oh I agree Julieb, I actually enjoy clothes shopping now, before I hated it.
I also can look in the full length mirrors now without feeling depressed.
