Evening all, got ED back from the hospital at 9.00pm tonight - all now well and hse is recovering well.

Had a very abstemious day as most of it was spent at Wexham and I was so worried about eating high calorie sandwiches etc I toook some fruit with me.

    Porridge
    2 bananas, 2 tangerines
    mozzerella tomator pasta & salad

In between my expeditions back and forth from the hospital and walking the hounds I managed to dash in and get weighed - - 2lbs! So another ½lb to go and the holiday weight is off.

    Have a good day everyone.

I am amazed at how little you all seem to eat on here. I thought I didn't eat alot until I started reading this thread. How anyone can only eat 4 cashew nuts as a snack I will never know You all deserve to be supermodels[msnwink]

    Hello everyone,

Still struggling I'm afraid[msncry], haven't been on the treadmill for a week now[msnembarrased], got on the scales this morning and 3lb on[msnembarrased], some of it could just be quantity of food in my tum tum, (who am I trying to kid[msntongue]). It was a shock though after doing so well so far, so I hope its the kick in the pants I need to get back on track.

I need clothes for work when I go back in September as everything I have is too big (good thing) but I've dropped nearly 2 dress sizes since I started but not quite so I am going shopping tomorrow and I'm going to buy the smaller size and then if its tight, I have to make sure I lose enough for it to fit before september otherwise I won't have anything to wear to work! Do you think it will work - I'm hoping so![msntongue]

Nice to hear from you Mizzy, I'm glad your having a nice time. Enjoy yourself, you deserve it!

Hope everyone else is doing better than me, stick to it and everyone send me positive good vibes to help pleeeeaaaaasssse[msnsmile2].

    Speak to you all soon,

    Julie B

Good evening all, first time I have had today to post anything.

Fiona, congratulations on the loss [clap][clap][clap]

Julie, try and get some inspiration from us all, not sure I am going to be giving you too much this weeks as I will be over indulging over the weekend but am going to try and exercise more.

Jackie, you are never too late for ortho work, well done for taking the plunge, it will be worth it in the end, just stick with it. I am sure you must have noticed how many adults in the US are wearing fixed braces so perhaps the answer is to spend more time over there and then you won't feel out of place.

Theresa, I do worry about you not eating enough too

    Food diary today
    Cereal and fruit
Cold meat and tomatoes and melon
Quorn peppered steak, veg and potatoes and fruit
    Snack - more melon
Glass of red wine and small glass of hot chocolate drink (like Baileys but chocolate) - don't know how many sins that is but probably far too many[msneek]

Well the weigh-in tomorrow will tell.

    Jill and Brian

    <blockquote id="quote" class="ffs">quote:You all deserve to be supermodels[/quote] - oh how I wish!

Of course in my mind I am, and of course looking like I am 16 so there is often this shock at this large middle aged woman showing in a reflection in a shop window[msnwink].

2 ryvita's with cottage cheese, baby toms & cucumber, 2 bananas & 2 tangerines for lunch, jacket potato with mince (spag bog mix) & large salad for supper and will probably have some more fruit before I go to bed.
