Haven't had much time to come on here the last couple of days but I am still plodding on.

Sounds like you are having a lovely time Mizzy, enjoy.

It's our 19th wedding anniversary today and have decided that we won't even go out for a meal, too tempting.

Janice I am with Jill and Fiona, try sw[msnsmile2]

I guess I have to be strong willed over them and I have my DH beside me saying that's a sin. He is very supportive and knows how much I want to get the weight off. I can also be strong willed over chocolate at times but at others I just cave in. Have been very good since I have been going to SW though. I just enjoy having a G & T or glass or two of wine too much so I make that my sins.

Sally, have a good day and have a special meal this evening, banish the girls for a few hours.

Jackie, the best people to explain SW are Julie or Mizzy. It is all based on red and green days, red days you can have as much of most meat as you like, whereas on green days, it is pasta, rice and pototoes you can have. However on both days you can have limited amounts of the other. Then there are healthly options which you have each day and you are allowed up to 15 sins a day which you can choose. There is a large book we all buy which lists nearly all foods, tinned, frozen, fresh.

If you want to find out more go to their web site and I am sure there is a better explanation on there. I will try and answer any questions you have as Mizzy and Julie are both away.

Must dash now off to play badminton.

Afternoon Ladies, hope you are all having a good day.

Congratulations on your wedding Anniversary Sally, hope you have a wonderful evening.

Sounds like you are having a wonderful time Mizzy.

Your right Jill, Sally and Fiona, I should join SW, but I am going to persevere with HFD for a while longer.

Yesterday, kept to the food plan and drank 3 litres of water and went for a country walk for one and a half hours with my son Paul. Breakfast this morning consisted of one egg and one slice of toast. Lunch, 4oz cottage cheese and five Tuc Biscuits. I don't like cottage cheese, but have found M & S the best as it is not so sour.

We have been to Bluewater this morning and must have walked for miles, or it seemed that way.

    Have a good day.

Jackie, it's better not to have the tooth out in the first place. That's an ex-dentist's wife speaking. [msnwink][msnwink][msntongue]

    Thanks Jackie.

Did you have to have the tooth removed before the Brace is fitted?

Yes Janice. Going back next week to have my brace fitted. At 40 I still feel too old to get my teeth straightened, but there is no going back now
Managed to eat some ice cream earlier, not the best thing I know, but all I could manage. Had to miss going to the gym as well, but going riding later so hopefully that will burn up a few calaries.

Bought a couple of new bikinis for hols in two weeks time, so need to tone up a bit more by then. Thinking of getting a personal trainner, but hubby not so keen[msnwink]
