I have lost 2lb over the last two weeks As I've only really got back on track foodwise the last 3 days I think upping my gym visits must be the reason [sporty] Whatever it was I'm chuffed with myself and determined to keep going now - my target is in sight [msnwink]

After watching Gordan Ramsey F Word on TV Wednesday night, my Son asked if I would make him the chocolate mouse, so went to Sainsburys and bought the ingredients, double cream, chocolate and some other really fattening things.
Then I sat down and ate a "be good to yourself chocolate mouse" whilst he ate the georgous yummy one. I didn't even lick the bowl after I had made it. Mind you a did have a swig of the Tia Maria that I had bought to put in it[msnembarrased]

fruits and yog 1 syn
skinny latte x 2 = 2 x HC a's
2 slices of wholemeal 2 HC b's with tuna
muller lite lemon cheesecake 0.5 syns
chicken tikka and rice 10 syns
2 litres of water[angel]

got more fruits and yogs for later[msnsmile]

Had my spray tan today so I won't look too pale[clap][clap][clap]

Savoury muffin which I bought on the local farmers market
Pasta with creamy sauce and salad and apple

Have to make up for it tomorrow with a long walk, agility class with Tansy and then a swim in the afternoon.

It is going to be so quiet next week unless the rest of us make up for Julie and Mizzy missing. Perhaps we should do more talking so that they have plenty to read when they come back.

Well went to try "my dress" on this afternoon (which is still actually in the shop!) and.....its gone[msncry][msncry][msncry] and no more in stock! Lesson to be learnt...buy it now and worry about fitting in it later !![msneek]

Going to treat myself to a glass of really nice white wine[msnoo]...after the day I've had with my children ( bless em) I could drink a full vinyard[msnscared][msnwink]

hope you have relaxed now with a few glasses of wine, i'd join you but i don't drink wine and i only drink on holidays, truthfully![msneek]

now ladies tell me if you agree

we are going on holiday with our friends and their two children (we have log cabins next to each other)and being rather cunning us mums have rented a gas bbq for the week, our plan being the men will take control of the cooking (well they can't help it bless them, it's always the case, light a barbie and the men suddenly become the experts)
so we figured the barbie is outside and the children will be running riot somewhere outside too so that leaves the dads to watch the kiddies, cook the food and it's whey hey us mums in the hot tub chillin with a few glasses of alcohol catching up on all the gossip
