I dread to think what I've put on. The desserts in Chilis and the Cracker Barrell are to die for, it would take an absolute saint not ti indulge. The one good thing though is I haven't been eating my desserts alone, they are big enough to share and come with four spoons anyway.

Julie, I'm off to have my blonded back to it's naural colour tomorrow too [msnwink] [msnwink] [msnwink]

Paula - you make the most of all that wonderful food and those gorgeous deserts while you can [msntongue]

Haven't been weighed today, decided to do it every two weeks until I get more organised. Although it hasn't been too bad a week this week, two gym sessions, mostly chicken in wholemeal pitta for lunches and lots of grilled meat on my newly rediscovered GF grill

Have succumbed to a few bowls of caramel ice cream though [msnembarrased]

tuna & pepper salad (from SW)
    melon
+ fruit if I get hungry

Paula i've never been to chillis but will look out a website today, are there lots of them and easy to find?, but we had a bloomin awful meal in cracker barrel and never got to the dessers because the main was so awful we just wanted to get out

    Can I pick everyone's brains[msnsmile2]

We are off for a day out on Sunday to the Isle of Wight[msnsmile2], haven't been there for years.

I need suggestions for a picnic, red or green . Also Jessica won't eat meat.

Normally it would have been sandwich, crisps, cakes and biscuits.

    Morning all,

Just popping in to say hello and that I am still trying to be good[msnscared][msnscared]
I've been really busy the last couple of days with the children off school and other work commitments etc etc... eating habits hard as you can't expect the children to eat ryvitas etc[msneek]. I have managed to keep my hands out of their crisp packets though!!!!

Sally, I'm hoping to do a picnic also this weekend
[msnwink] so any healthy alternatives to sandwiches , crisps would be great!!!

    Hi all,

Not had a great deal of time to post as trying to get everybody organised for our trip to Florida next Thursday. YS doesnt arrive home from Zante until the early hours of Monday and I will only have a few days to sort his clothes then[msneek].

Also trying to puppy proof the house and garden as we will be collecting our puppy 2 days after we arrive home.

Fiona, did you have any luck finding a kitten yet?

Am trying to be good food wise but it is a lot harder with it being the kids holidays, I succumbed to a mint cornetto yesterday[msnembarrased]

Glad to hear that you joined SW Alison, I am sure it will made a big difference for you.

    Picnic food:

    fat free sausages
chicken breast oven baked and put onto sticks
    baby tomatoes
    chunks of cucumber
    hard boiled eggs
    frittatas of varying sorts
    radishes
    sticks of carrots
    slices of peppers
    cauliflower florets
dip - made with low fat yoghurt and 1sp sundried tom paste (3 syns) or just lemon or lime juice, tons of salt & pepper and chopped chives
plenty of fruit - cherries, nectarines, plums etc all abundant in the shops at the moment
    lots of water

If you want some crisps aren't hula-hoops the best? or the new mini ryvita things?
    Fiona
