I'll be honest, I'm finding it quite hard going too! It was quite demoralising hitting target and then going back up[msnsad]

My weekend wasn't as good as I'd hoped, but I hope to have lost the two pounds I've put back on by next Monday[msnscared]

Good luck for all the weigh-ins this week.

    Carole

PS Mizzy-sorry I missed your "kitten question". Roxy is the black one (female) and her brother is Maxy. The female was nearly called Mizzy!!!!![msnsmile2]

I'm not the only one then that is struggling[msnscared]

Have been very good again today, stuck to the plan 100%. Went for a lovely long walk after dinner. Scales still not being kind to me[msncry]

Having the children off is definately not helping, must get my meals planned better.

Carole your kittens are lovely, we lost our cat 2 years ago, she was called Mitzy.

Sharon, I wish I was going to be in Florida then but sadly not[msnsad]

Mizzy, please dont be ashamed! You have done so well so far, and that little lb could well be just excess fluid due to the hot weather. A lot of us are struggling, but that doesnt mean that we are failures, we just have to try that little bit harder. It is much harder when the kids are off school and the routine isnt quite there, so hold out everyone, we can do this.

thanks everyone your making me feel better allready[grouphug]

i know where i'm going wrong, i'm finding it hard to be organised with the children being off but dh has agreed to help and run around all the food shops tommorrow and to keep his beady eye what i'm eating, i must also get my backside outta this computer chair and do some more exercise

we have to hold it all together girls it's only 6 weeks and even if we can't lose any weight during this time then staying the same is far far better than blowing all that hard work of the last few months

Carole i'm sure those 2lbs will be off by next week, think positive, btw Mizzy is my dads pet name for me i used to spin round and round as a rather hyperactive child so dad called me dizzy mizzy and it just sort of stuck[msnembarrased]

Julie, good luck with the weigh in tommorow, i'll be keeping my fingers crossed for you but won't be able to check in til later

my not so little daughter Jo who's almost 13 is getting a short haircut tommorow with cerise pink highlights in the front[msneek] i negotiated the highlights because she desperately needs a haircut and agreeing to them will help to distract her from the actual cut, not sure if that was clever of me or not[msnscared] will have to wait and see how it turns out

Carole, Dont let it get you down. When you get to target it can take a while to sort out what you can and cannot eat to stay the same. I am sure you will be able to work it out eventually and as long as you keep a check on your weight and also how your clothes feel, you will be fine. One or two lbs over or under your target should be ok I am sure. Just give it time to let your body know what is your ideal weight.

    Not doing too great myself.

It's those toffee chocs in the fridge.

Not eaten much fruit today or drank much water either.

Sounds like everyone is struggling at the moment...don't worry about 1lb Mizzy, but I know you feel a bit bad, because I did this week too!
I guess that's the biggest hurdle for us, facing up to the odd pound here or there, but not resorting to throwing the towel in.
we CAN recover from 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 lbs, think of all we've lost!

I will start food diarying again next week.
I have a lot on my plate (excuse the pun) at the moment, stuff to sort out, so a bit swamped down...

Mizzy, I knew you would be upset [grouphug]but please don't feel gutted if you can help it, eveyone seems to be struggling at the moment but its the weather and the children being off etc[grouphug]

Roger helping you this week will give you added motivation and I am sure you will lose next week so please keep your chin up and stay positive[clap]

My scales are not registering a loss either so I am not that hopeful either[msnsad] I have not done as much exercise so I am stepping that back up again[sporty][sporty][sporty]

Beautiful weather here again today so out for a walk again with lots of factor 30 on[msnsmile2]

So come on everyone lets focus on how much we have all lost so far, even if we stay the same for a few weeks its better than giving up, so lets stick with it as much as we can and focus on the positives and not the negatives, we can do this and we will all succeed just don't give up OK??? Its easier to same the same than to go off the rails and get back on again[msnwink]

Why not all post total losses so far and we can add it up and see the grand total loss on the tread so far???[clap][clap][clap][sporty][sporty][sporty]

    Total loss so far

3 stone 7lb [clap][clap][clap], must say that feels good putting that down.

No work today, have the hygeniest this morning and then going crabbing, we love doing that as it is back to the village that I grew up in, don't know if any of you have heard of it, West Wittering near Chichester. Famous for it's lovely beach and lots of well known people live there.

Scales looking a little bit kinder this morning[msnwink], need to shift more before we go to Florida in October.
