Julie you are looking great, well done.

It's taken me an age to catch up on this thread, well done everyone who lost.

Mizzy sorry to hear about your results.

I will let you all know what I've been eating when I get home and do a trip report. I've just dropped my folks off at the airport and we have another 7 nights here in hot and sunny Florida, although I believe you are having fantastic weather back home.

    Catch up soon[grouphug]

Paula it's great to hear from you, yes we have scorching temps in britain at the moment but don't worry it'll be cold again by the time you get home[msnwink]

aww Karen we will have to have some lovely photos from you too, one of you and the pup, what breed is it?

well i had a great 100% day yesterday, it's getting so hard with the kids being off and the demands on my time increasing but if i can keep on a even keel throught the 6 weeks holiday then i'll be pleased, would prefer to lose 1/2stone over the next 6 weeks but i'm being realistic here[msnsad]

we're off out fruit picking today with the mother in law, my darling husband offered her a run out in the new car, so that's me in for a hellish day[msnscared]

    Mizzy

ps Sharon, i'm out next easter (well just before) so how many bottles should i bring to this party?

so pleased I did't get weighed yesterday-my feet are still swollen this morning.Worried in case I overate yesterday as I'm not used to having muesli.

Might have gone overboard on cheese too-had cheese omelette and cheese on tea time salad. Was good on nightwith poached chicken, veggies no potato.

    Will be extra good today.

Kittens are gorgeous. I have two persians Harry and Annabelle. My daughter has 3-Mitzi, Chi Chi(Annabelle's mum) and Bonnie. Harry is siamese coloured, Annabelle is cream with peach points, Mitzi is white and a chinchilla -cat not little animal, Bonnie is grey and white and Chi Chi is torti tabby point.

Harry, Annabelle and Chi Chi are all show cats from the same breeder. That is a good place to get a cat if you want a more mature one-breeders often give away their ex breeding cats to good homes. \\\\annabelle had only had one litter and Chi Chi just a couple.

Mizzy are we meeting up Wed or Thurs.

Good morning all, have just spent two hours gardening and it is now pouring with rain and thundering with lightening. This time I worry about the lightening and DH is out sailing and the mast is a very large thing sticking up in the air. Last time I was on the boat in a storm I sat holding my mobile phone, just in case the mast came down and we lost the VHF. I shall be very pleased to speak to him later.

I am off down to spend a week on the boat in Weymouth while DH does safety boat duty so I hope that the sun come out again. Not sure how the diet will go next week as we will probably be doing some socialising so will just have to be firm with myself as I want to reach the 2 stone mark by my 60th, only 2 weigh-ins as I am away for this week. Once I reach this I feel I can then set myself my ultimate target, at the moment I am not sure what I want to finally reach.

Karen, what kind of puppy are you going to get?

Paula, enjoy the last days of your holiday and look forward to hearing about it when you get back.

Mizzy, hope the fruit picking went well and the MIL was not too much of a pain.

I'm sure there is someone I missed so I'm sorry but it is so hard to keep up with everyone.

Busy day again today, but love those kittens Carole they are so so cute my little ones would love to get one as we lost our Jerry Lee last year to a tummy tummour[msnsad]

Don't we all get so tearful where our children are concerned, I can't watch any of mine perform without bursting into tears[msncry][msncry][msncry]

We have booked a last minute week to southern Spain so off in two weeks, got a lovely Golf/Spa resort up in the mountains to look forward too[clap] Don't play golf and probably won't use the spa but it looks idilic[msnsmile2]

Paula great to hear you are having a wondeful time in Florida, unless you have Florida style sprinklers at home your grass will be very brown when you get back[msneek]

Thanks for all the compliments girls, I can't tell you how much better I feel in my clothes again now, I know I will eat this way forever[clap]

    hi everyone

well i've had a really good day considering the mil came too, dh was at work this morning so we set of at 12.30 with picnic all packed up with lots of healthy stuff as well as the usual picnic fare[msnsmile]

having the new car is lovely, we had little chap in the very back with dvd player and our delightful daughter in the middle row next to granny[msnscared]

we drove to sessay village which is just near thirsk in north yorkshire and after a few wrong turnings found the strawberry farm

the children loved the fruit picking but i think they ate more than they picked for the baskets, they tasted absolutely gorgeous and i now have about 6lbs strawbs in my fridge and 3lbs raspberries [msntongue][msnsmile2]

i'm planning on making some smoothies tommorow with the children and then freezing some of the raspberries

we drove to northallerton afterwards to have our picnic and naughty naughty mum popped into bettys for some fat rascals to take home[msnembarrased]

food diary for today looks like this

    usual brekkie
    strawberries and raspberries
cooked chicken breast with salad (picnic)
*little rascal* warmed up with tiny amount of very low fat spread[msnembarrased]

(*a little rascal is a smaller kids version of a fat rascal only with choc and orange instead of almonds and cherries) and it tasted bl**dy lovely[msnsmile2]

Jill, hope you have a good week away [msnsmile]

Julie, once at target you follow the plan as per norm but you get more healthy b choices to maintain your weight rather than continue to lose
