Well I have been into town shopping and trying on clothes and I am officially a size 12 again[clap][clap][clap] I am so pleased even a 12 in shops like River island and New Look[clap][clap][clap] Here is a photo to prove it...........

Thanks Julieanne and Mizzy, I feel really pleased but still want to get to my target which is approx another 10lbs I think depending on what I weigh on Tuesday.

Well I have had an emotional day[msncry]

Leavers assembly at Jessica's school.

Jessica as at the back in the middle and as soon as they started to sing the first song she cried and cried, silent but the tears were pouring down her face. That in turn made me cry and then my friend next to me. Every time I looked at her she cried[msncry]. Then a little girl sttod up and sang a solo, it was so lovely and then she burst into tears. All the children gave their mum of lovely flower which started me off again. We then had to go onto the school field and the mums and dads had to make an arch, Jessica cried all the way through it. Then they all released a balloon. Everybody was in tears at the end. A girl I work with was also there and she left work today as they are moving to Brisbane.

Went out to lunch today with work and I blow it big time.

Had plans on being good but it all went out the window[msnscared]. Had chicken with ham, pineapple and cheese on top with chips coleslaw and garlic bread[msnoo].

Feel completely drained and full now.

Wondering if I have eaten too much of the wrong things

1oz of organic unsugared muesli for brekkie
melon and raspberries
3 small egg omelette with cheese for lunch
Am about to have a small ham salad now

probably beef casserole-no potatoes tonight

Just worried about muesli-had fruit and nurs in it-feel fat and bloated-but slightly better than yesterday when I didn't feel well at all.

Julie, you look fab, you don't look as if you need to lose any more, but expect you want to lose it where we can't see it. Sometimes in the US, size 12 can be size 8.

Fiona, pity you are not a bit closer to us as I could get you a kitten form the RSPCA where I do voluntary work.

Sally, you softie just think Jessica is now a big girl and joining her sisters.

Had to be up early this morning as DH was off at 6am sailing, so did the shopping, Farmers Market, then had a swim and spent 2 hours on the beach, it was so lovely, didn't want to come back.
