well i woke up this morning feeling totally shattered, must be the travelling and excitement of yesterday tiring me out, but as i've said it was a great day so worth the tiredness today

food wise i need to have a good weekend before weigh in on monday, got straight back on track this morning because despite you girls saying that i'm looking thin which btw is extremely nice of you, i have still got another good 2 1/2 stone to lose[msnembarrased]to reach my target

Carole is pretty much at target now and Julie doesn't have far to go either[clap][clap][clap]

i'm busy getting my daughters things ready for a residential school trip, she is going away for 4 nights[msnscared]on monday to Egton (nr Whitby), she went last year for 2 nights and phoned us loads crying and asking to come and take her home, but i think she'll cope better this year as it's familiar now[msnsmile] it's going to be an extremely quiet house while she's away[msnwink][msnsmile2]

ooh i love going strawbs picking Sally and so do my children, they taste far far better than shop bought ones

the only thing is you can overdo it a little and end up with stomach ache[msnsad]

the farmer where we go often jokes with parents that he should be weighing the children on the way in and again on the way out so he can charge us for all that they have eaten[msnsmile2]

i am having a red day today and have gammon and roasted veg in the oven for tea
followed by a yoghurt and banana

    where is everyone today? [angel]

Hope you have a lovely meal Jill for your anniversary.[msnsmile]

Mizzy, surely you dont have 2 and a half stone to lose, you look great now. I hope your Daughter enjoys her trip this time and you dont worry too much about her while she is away.

Well done to all for being good, have also been very good myself.

Karen how did your daughter get on yesterday. Caitlin is also 10 and dances. She has her next exams before Christmas but both her and Eve are missing their medals next weekend.

Caitlin went to another school yesterday, neither of us really liked it.

As far as I know it went well, we wont know until September. This exam was Modern and she also did a Ballet one a couple of weeks ago. She has a Tap exam in December. She liked the examiner for the Modern exam but she seemed a bit snooty to us parents, so only time will tell.[msnwink]

Paula do you have a lot of schools to choose from for Caitlin or will it be a case of the best out of a bad bunch?

luckily for me i live in a prize school catchment area but sadly neither of my childrens need can be met at the much sought after school[msnmad]

Karen flattery will get you everywhere[msnsmile2] yes i still have that much to lose it will take me back to a pre pregnancy weight and even though i know it will probably take me another good 6-9 months and perhaps even longer to get to target and i don't really mind how long it takes because i know that i will get there
i've got a sensible food plan that easily adapts to my needs and is about changing my eating habits for good, so i know that i can reach for that target whether it be the super fast on the motorway or the scenic country route with a few picnic stops along the way[clap][clap][clap]

i'm so very pleased for you that you feel you are doing good too, it feels great being in control doesn't it[msnsmile2]the support on here is great and i really appreciate it girls[grouphug][grouphug][grouphug]

We are fortunate to have a few very good secondary schools in Liverpool. The local authority then allow us a choice of 3. It's just deciding where I think will be right for Caitlin. Also I think I'd prefer her to go to an all girl school. Girls.......hormones.....boys......school work. Been there done that they don't go, but then we got mixed with the local boys school when we were very mature 14 year olds[msnmad][msnmad][msnmad][msnmad]

been to York today-Macarthur Glen. Treat myself to one of those one person tea pots with a cup for my earl grey tea.

    Had fruit for brekkie
    jacket and beans for lunch
5 or 6 thorntons toffee chocs, a choc with my tea and a freebie one they were giving away-plus half of a chocolate caramel sandwich cake. (cor written down it looks dreadful!!!Like I really pigged myself-yet at the time it didn't seem much at all.)

Reined myself in tonight-egg and beans for supper.

Straving hungry -but am going to bed.

As scarlett said-'tomorrow is another day!!!!!!!'
