Forgot to explain Ryan and Keeley are from my first marriage and Louis and Lucy from my second and we all live together like the Brady Bunch - well that was until Rick and Ryan went off to Uni[msnwink]

I lost 2lbs this week. Have now got my club 10 award. Have got to be very strict with myself over the next few days and two big meals out next week. One for our 30th and one with MIL at a posh restaurant.

We had a tasting at class tonight so don't need any supper except some fresh fruit. I took a frittata.

Cereal and fruit for breakfast
Quorn sausages and salad for lunch
Tasting tonight and the fresh fruit at home.

got fruits for later

OK OK OK - Here's the most recent photo TODAY! after a five hour car drive following three hours standing and delivering training....not my best look! (and I got lost three times in thunderstorms in the middle of the welsh mountains!)
Anyway - I hope I manage to post the photo -not being the most literate in terms of IT(give me a button and a plug and I can cause all sorts of mayhem!)
Mizzi - it was really refreshing to read of your determination to do your best by your children GO GIRL GO!
I'm a SENCO in the real world and we have two 'special units' attached to my school.....I still use the term special even if it isn't PC as I think that [u]all</u> children are special...but some of the little cherubs I meet in my shool's units are so special it hurts. I love spending time with them all.I only wish that all the parents were as supportive as you.

Deb, you're right ALL children are special, some just have additional needs, my sons senco is a lovely person who is a good listener and very supportive , she was a little bit afraid of me at first as she was not really used to dealing with parents as fully informed as me, i think it unnerved her a little but now she puts other parents onto me when she thinks i may be able to help and support them[msnsmile]
