Welcome Millie, when did you have your baby and is it a little boy or girl?
There are quite a few of us on here doing SW and finding it very successful

Hi Millie yes welcome aboard the more the merrier

quite a few of us are doing slimming world and with great success some eat healthily and some just cut down on their alcohol[msnwink] only kidding Julieanne sweetie[beer]?????

i can only speak for myself but i get a lot of support from being on here, the girls are brill and really keep me going when i'm feeling down, they can also dish out kicks up the backside when much needed too[msnwink]

i still have a chocolate treat everyday and i think Sally does too, you can still lose weight eating chocolate and drinking wine but you have to eat/drink it in moderation

so like i've said it's great to have new people aboard and any questions fire away[grouphug]

Julie, hope little Lucy gets better soon and i'm pleased the tan went well

Sharon i laughed out loud about your spray tan experience[msnsmile2] that would probably happen to me too, i'm so pale that i practically transparent[msneek] nearly all fake tans are too brown for me and even the lightest ones make me look unwashed rather than tanned[msnsad] hope you get lucky for a day off on Friday

Well Janny i didn't realise that you hadn't posted a pic so come on now don't be shy [msnsmile]

well another [angel]ic day for me
    usual brekkie
    yogurt and peach
    prawn stir fry
    chicken with veg and y.pudding
    strawberries
    mini honeycomb bites for treat

Are you breastfeeding Millie? My daughter lost shedloads of weight in a matter of weeks with BF

Happy birthday Paula-hope you didn't go too mad.

Thanks everyone for the kind thoughts.

Don't feel I had too good a day today-still feel very chubby-probably because I am still very chubby.

    Fruit for brekkie
out for lunch-grilled salmon with possible butter or cream in the mash, earl grey tea with lemon to drink.
chicken for supper-more earl grey and 4 chocies with earl grey. Had the cuppas at arestaurant.
Also slack handful of dried fruit-getting too handy with that-must shift it in the car.

Mizzy I am laughing at your quote of Julie's, in anticipation of Julie in her paper thong!
Can't wait to see it either.
I had one of those spray tans last year, and they are amazing.
I was going to get one for the Ball on Sat, but going the J&J Holiday Skin lotion instead...much cheaper!
I have my daughter at dentist this afternoon, and its going to break the bank.

Girls I have to say to make the most of the NHS at home, because living in Australia, Doctors, Medical & Dental is a killer!

Now stop laughing at the thought of me in the paper thong girls, don't mock the afflicted[msnembarrased][msneek][msnoo][msnwink][msnwink][msnwink]LOL!!!

Feel totally wrecked this morning, thinks its the emotional drain of little ones hurting themselves[msnsad]

I had a lovely day yesterday, we all went to Mum and Dads for tea and had chinese which was fantastic.
I did get a small box of celebrations which I shared with the girls and I also got a box of Thorntons fruit and nut toffee, which hasn't been opened yet but will soon[msnembarrased]

Theresa, i'm using a avon skin so soft with a hint of self tan (light) and even that's a little dark for me, it was on offer 2 for a fiver and it had a great write up in on of the big beauty mags so i'd thought i may as well give it a shot

Paula i'm really glad you had a great day yesterday, just for info but i'm sure you don't really want to know celebrations = 2 syns each[msnoo]

Julie, about this tan will i still recognise you at york station tommorow or do i have to look for a blonde shirley bassey with a starbucks in her hands?[msneek][msnsmile2][msnwink]

Alison, i didn't lose an ounce whilst breastfeeding and i fed my youngest until he was just over 2 yrs [msnoo]

anywhere nice for lunch yesterday? i quite like the look of that new thai place on the marina, not good for the diet though, ahh well perhaps for my wedding anniversary

    Sharon still keeping fingers crossed
