just off to class now, pretty certain it's not going to be good news, my weigh in trousers seem a little tighter than usual, i'd blame the tumble dryer but has it's not been used in weeks i just won't get away with it[msnembarrased]

Well done Julie B and Carole[clap][clap][clap]....I find that just reading about your days helps to keep me going....and Julie some of your menu ideas sound really tasty. I'm off to pick some fresh mushrooms (courtesy of Mr Sainsbury) because I fancy a ham and mushroom omelette for lunch tomorrow.Had quite a good day[msnsmile],even did an exercise video before work this morning[msntongue] but finding it too hot this evening to finish it.Keep ip the good work - Deb

I have been very good but feel bloated again. This hot weather, although I love it, is never very kind to me. I dont feel like eating but always manage to retain fluid, my ankles are looking like puddings[msneek]. Weigh in tomorrow so wonder what that will bring?
