Thank you all for your best wishes for little H.
He's had a day off school today and this afternoon has just been his "Usual" boisterous self which has made me very happy today[msnwink] I can't believe after talking to some other mums today as well as Julies first hand experience and Vickys that IT IS quite common[msneek] GOD it was very scary though.

Well my diet went downhill at lunchtime! Had a picnic in the park but I daren't tell you what was in the picnic[msnscared][msnscared] well I was treating my 4 year old[msnwink] and now I have a glass of red wine. Harrys fast asleep (with calpol...thanks Mizzy) but believe I won't be sleeping that tight for listening out, I'm sure every mum knows what I mean.

Sally....A very well done to you and well deserved[clap][clap]

Fiona...can I put an order in for some cheesecake please[msnwink]...only joking ladies

Well I had 1.5lbs off today.

Sally and I seem to be keeping pace with each other.

Cereal and fresh stewed apricots for breakfast
Quorn peppered steak and salad for lunch and cherries
Prawn salad with new potatoes then strawberries for supper
    G & T and glass of wine. - 10 syns

    Jill

    Well done Jill[clap][clap][clap]

What did you think of the quorn pepper steak? I have seen them in the supermarket, but last week we tried the mexican quorn burgers and found them disgusting, so much so that I left most of mine.

Well I can't believe what I've eaten today,
    Weetabix for breakfast
    fruit
2 rounds of toast about 10 mins ago.

Caitlin was in an Athletics meeting straight after school, then we got home at 6.30 and had an open evening in a school we are considering for her to go to in September 2007.
Got home at 9pm, feel exhausted.

    well done Sally[clap][clap][clap]

think I am slimming here by default.

Had melon and banana for brekkie and pork and cooked veg for lunch.

Was supposed to be going out for a meal with friend but it all fell through-ended up having an omelette about 10pm.

    I was starving.

Not even a chance to cheat.

    Hope I'm eating enough!!!!!

Good luck to all the excellent weight losses.

Went clothes shopping today-very depressing-felt fatter than ever.

Especially when M and S size 14 tops were abit tight-I had to get a 16!

    Not a happy bunny.

Still that's 2 weeks down-so really, really hope I have lost something.

    good morning Ladies

Sharon i hope all is well in your house this morning[grouphug] and the little chap is ok[msnsmile]

Julie, i would count 1 syn for every 20 cals in the bakewell so if it has 200 cals and you had half i would count 5 syns (if you have the packet why not look it up online), and i'd say you made a good choice with lunch i don't know how big the dough stick was but i would syn it like garlic bread which is 5 syns per 28g and then i'd add on another 5 for the sald dressing so you'd still be in target of 15 syns for the day[msnsmile]

    Well Done Jill[clap][clap][clap]

Fiona the weather here is going to hit the 80's today, but thats no good for me it's pushed the pollen count up to very high, so it looks like apart from the school run i'll be inside all day[msnsad]
what did you have to eat at the cheesecake factory and have you been to ihop and had pancakes yet, i been dreaming about ihop's pancakes[msntongue]

forgot to say i succumbed to a hungry hippo last night[msnembarrased] in my excuse it was consolation because House was finishing[msnsad][msnwink] must look up syns

    have a good day everyone

    Mizzy
