good day for me too so far

    fruit for brekkie
    omelette with cheese and chicken
    for lunch

for supper baked potato with ham-odd choice I know-but am tired and had two grandsons to play with and am going to casino later.

Don't worry I only intend losing weight-not money

Will probably have one or two grapefruit juices and that will be it.

Still feel a bit peckish-got some cherries, galia melons and bananas and spinach soup to snack on.

Happy to report that I lost 2 & 1/2 lbs!!!![msnsmile2] (6lbs in total and taking me down into another stone bracket, so sounds a lot better[msnwink].

Didnt get a chance to stay to the class as I have emptied my wardrobes today to have a sort out, and had left what I am keeping in one huge pile on the bed and another pile for the charity bag. I needed to sort out properly or else cant go to bed tonight. I am sick of ironing my clothes and then having to ram them all into an overloaded wardrobe.

I am embarassed to say that I did find at least 4 pairs of trousers, a skirt and 2 blouses still with labels on[msnembarrased]. The good news is that apart from one blouse they all fit so I must have bought them at a fatter time!

Good luck to all weighing tomorrow.

    Well done Karen. [clap][clap][clap]

Good evening all, had a busy day today. I too have been sorting out clothes, now have three piles, one for altering, one for charity shop and one for keeping. I think me and the sewing machine are going to become very friendly over the next few weeks.

    Had a red day today,
    Cereal and strawberries,
    Banana and apple
Smoked fish and salad and cherries
Pork steaks, runner beans and new potatoes, raspberries and yoghurt

Small glass of sherry when friends came round
    5 syns total
