honestly and truly i don't think you eat enough Julie B and do you vary your food much because that may be part of the problem

this is what i would have had as such to fit your food into a SW plan (just for comparison this would be a green day)


28gm porridge 1 healthy B

mid morning or whenever the munchies strike a snack of fruit or vlf yogurt or both

113gm tin of tuna in brine (1healthy B) with the horseradish (1 level tbsn = 1syn)
huge jacket spud with lots of salad

mid afternoon snack on fruit

huge and unlimited quorn curry made syn free with chopped tin tomatoes and curry powder, seasonings (whatever you fancy putting in it really) with SW chips and or rice

and maybe a chcolate treat such as mini honeycomb or chocolate bites 4 syns or a curly wurly 6.5syns

total syns would be 7.5 with the curly wurly and you normally use between 10-15per day so hey you would even have enough for a glass of wine (5syns)if you wanted one

now do you think your still eating enough?
