Janny I looked up ratatouille, it says ˝ syn for 100gm on green or red day, so I would imagine the 2˝ syns means the whole can.

Somehow managed to lose another 1lb last night, so am well chuffed. However to be honest I think it is more likely to be from coming off the Tamoxifen than sticking to my food plan!!

Am back on track from tomorrow - am out to a friend's for supper, and although I am being careful and just having fruit for lunch, her idea of good food and mine are not the same.

Just got a call from BT - have to whizz back home from the office they are coming to look at it - AT LAST!!
