Mizzy[/quote]..Oh, I went for my strawberries late this afternoon and my DH has eaten them all!!![msncry][msncry]...any of yours left Mizzy??[msnwink]
The lemon and ginger sauce I had with the chicken yesterday was a homemade one!!! I do prefer the "Uncle Ben" one better than mine though. Mine were abit bland. I just roasted the chicken breasts in the oven first and made the sauce separate ready to just pour over.

Good day again....wow thats 3 in a row now for me!!!

2 weetabix with skimmed milk and fresh peach slices
    2 black coffees
    1 banana
    fresh mackeral with salad
    2 litres of water
Home made Spag Bol for dinner...only small portion for me!!

Where did the glue go ?

    NEED AN ANSWER?

You know darned well where it went!

Well I have been naughty tonight. Have been out to supper, it was one where everyone took something. I was very good and took frittata and salad but then when I saw what everyone had taken I was tempted. I also had a meringue with cream and strawberries plus two glasses of bubbly. What with the champagne we had on Monday and more wine on Saturday, I do not expect good results tomorrow at weigh-in. At least if I can stay the same I will be happy. Will try and do lots of exercise tomorrow and eat sensibly.

    fruit for brekkie
    omelette for lunch

    and then

went out for supper with mum and two friends-and I was all ready to throw caution to the winds. The difference in eating habits when you are with a couple of people is amazing.

I had cream of tomato soup
with a little bit of dry bread

lamb and veg and a little bit of yorkshire pudding

a glass of grapefruit with a little lemonade

    and then I stopped!!!!!

Because I was full-but I dread to think what else I would have had had I still been hungry.

Hope I didn't do too much damage!!!!

well Julie for starters and i didnt realize i had done it, picking!!
yesterday after my really fat weigh in (i put it all back on since i let it slide here) i am not putting a morsel in my mouth unless its at meal times, last night i had sausages, boiled potatoes and veggies, and thoroughly enjoyed it, no snacks when friends visited, no alcahol (had been taking to help with pain last thing at night, sadly it worked)so am going to list everything from today,

    just had
small spoonsize shreddies with canderel and semi skimmed milk

(not sure whats for lunch as im visiting a friend and she has just started a lighterlife diet) so will be a very good day!
    shopping tonight

    good morning everyone

Jill, fingers crossed it'll be ok, my consultant is constantly saying that one bad day doesn't necessarily mean a bad week and you are pretty careful when you eat out, so good luck today[msnsmile]
Sally good luck to you too, don't forget to take that camera with you to class!

Alison, the food you chose didn't look too bad either, lamb and veg is ok but i'd stay away from any soup that starts with "cream of" and watch out for those potatoes on your dinner, the toby carvery is excellent if your looking to eat out Alison freshly carved meat, loads of choice with the veg, just watch out for that yorkshire pud and those roasties[msnwink]

ive had my usual brekkie and i'm planning on a fritata for lunch with more strawbs for afters

if anyone has an aldi near them i would highly recommend their bio yogurts with added wholegrain, the museli one is filled with chewy fruit pieces and is syn free for a pretty big 250gm pot, tastes gorgeous over weetabix or strawbs[msntongue] they also do a strawberry one, a pineapple and orange and a blueberry one, all of which are syn free - ooh yummy[msnsmile2]

have a great day everyone with lots of healthy choices being made[msnwink]

    Mizzy

ps going to collect my new car today[clap]
