Thanks everyone for your support, not getting too much sympathy at home, hubby says it was my decision to have my teeth straightened, he was happy with them they way they were. Haven't had many kisses since having them fitted [msnsad].
The sweet chilli quorn sausages sound nice, I haven't had a sausage for ages (nothing to do with the brace[msnwink]) I take it the quorn ones are low in fat.

Jackie, it does get better and as I have said before it will be worth it in the end. Stick with it. I am sure it is a lot harder when you are an adult but it really does get better. Brian had many adults who had ortho work done and they were always delighted with the result in the end.

    Had a red day today
Large bowl of mixed fresh fruit
    Cold beef salad and cherries
Roast chicken, stuffing, butternut squash mash, veg and baked potato and mixed fruit
    Glass of white wine

We have friends staying for the next week so will not be on much so Mizzy, Julie and others good luck with the weigh-ins.

have a lovely week with your friends Jill, you never said but did the house manage to stay clean or will you be up til late putting it all to rights again?

Jackie, the quorn sausages are free on both SW plans and are generally around 50 cals per sausage and less than 3%fat[msnsmile]

Couldn't resist logging in this morning before going off to do the shopping. It is pouring with rain now so our friends are likely to be having a wet drive down from Newcastle. Yes, the house has stayed cleaned, just got to tackle the bathroom which DH uses and then transfer his things to the shower room, which is always tidy of course[msnwink][msntongue][msnwink]

    Morning everyone,
Just back from my morning ride. Started the day with a bowl of special K and skimmed milk, left to go soggy for 5 mins first.
Thanks for your comments Jill, I am sure after the first week things will start to improve, and I can't wait for the end result, I have always wanted straight teeth, just don't know why I left it until now to do something about it. I think it was hitting the bit 40 that done it.
Mizzy are the quorn sauasages frozen or in the fridge at the shops? I am going to Sainsburys later so will pick some up.
