I am back from a lovely week in a very hot and sunny Costa del Sol[msnsmile2]
Got a lot of catching up to do so will get reading later[msnoo]
Weigh in tomorrow[msnscared] I was really good during the day, everyday on hols but did go a little off the rails in the evenings[msntongue][msnwink]

Julie...Its nice to have you back and am so glad that you've had a lovely week in Spain. I'm sure you won't have put too much on but good luck anyway. Can't wait to hear about the holiday!!!!

lovely to have you back Julie, now this topic will get back to true gas bag levels as Fiona put it[msnwink]
just back from weigh in and the official result is 3.5lbs on[msnembarrased]
so back to normal now and i'm planning on having a terrific week so that'll be all gone by this time next week[msnsmile]

Well what can I say, so much to catch up on[msnwink] As you probably gathered we did not have internet access which for us was very strange as its on 24/7 at home for the business and the OV of course[clap]
Golf Resort was really lovely, a tranqil oasis and will post some photo's later, it was very typical Anduluz in style and the grounds were just beautiful, weather was stunning, we had some lovely days walking around typical Spainish Villages and more modern ones like Puerto Banus with all the yachts and millionaires[msnwink] The children loved the pool area and spent a couple of hours everyday swimming, while I sat people watching and drinking cafe con leche (well they did not have Starbucks[msnwink][msnwink][msnwink] so I had to make do)
I ate the same breakfast every day, mushroom omelette with fruits and nat yog, then we had a late lunch/early tea most days which I was also an[angel] but the problem area was later when the little ones were in bed DH and I would sit on the terrace with DH's nibbles and I did give in to temptation[msnsad][msncry]
What ever the damage is I will get straight back on track, my goal now is to lose 1lb per week and hopefully be at goal by end of November at the latest hopefully[clap][sporty]
Mizzy sounds like you had a great week and 3.5lb will be off by next week I am sure[msnwink]

Welcome back Julie, glad you had a good holiday, it is a lovely area, especially away from the coast where it is not so developed.
Was not good yesterday, only had fruit before we went to MILs, then had half a choccie biscuit at tea, gave the other half to DH. 2 glasses of wine but was good with the food. DH and I spent over an hour watering MILs garden with watering cans as she has hose pipe ban and everything looked very sorry for itself. My BIL still lives at home but he is a lazy s** and does not do anything unless pushed and then is so unpleasant about it so nobody ever asks him to do anything.
Sally hope the birthday meal went well yesterday, you and I will have to sympathise with each other on Thursday.
Julie - are you weighing in today or giving it a miss as you have only just got back? If you are going good luck.
Mizzy, 3.5 lbs doesn't sound too bad after your week away, I am sure it will soon come off.

Been out with the dogs, warmer at the end than I expected, am just off to work so will pop in during the day if not too busy.

Hi everyone-I need to seriously get back on track-definitely been digging my grave with my teeth.
Good luck to everyoone who is losing and comisserations to people like me who are struggling.
Going to see if I can do well today-not feeling very optimistic am I?
