I lost five pounds today. It was on the 18th green, does that not count? [laugh]

Sharon, hope little Harry is ok tonight, you've been so good food wise too i would have crumbled if it was me and dipped into the cookie jar[msnembarrased]
Julie, as your not around i really hope little Lucy is ok[grouphug]
Mark, watch it [B)]
i've had a so-so sort of day and to save myself from any silly eating choices i'm off to bed with a glass of water and a book[msnsad]

I didn't know that-but logic says if it worked 6 years ago it still should work now.
I only did it a few times as I didn't like the really thirsty feeling after.
I had my steak casserole tonight and about half my sweetcorn dumpling.
a little biscuit with my cup of tea-and a half glas of lemonade-so back to stict tomorrow.
(Ps my friend didn't say by golly you've lost some weight-lol!)
Orlandobabe
Evening all, jacket potato in the oven cooking, will be having cold turkey and salad, finished off my lima bean salad today, porridge at crack of dawn so had a bagel with cheese at the start of the Germany v Argentina match, as we had to watch it to see who won!
Have done the Florida Mall and am all shopped out. However, did manage to buy a couple of nighties, pjs and a dressing gown for my op. We are off to the Atlantic Coast tomorrow to see what we can of the space launch, and if we can find a sports bar showing footie for the England match even better - we will be wearing our England t shirts as moral support (speaking with only a ¼ english blood in me).
Alison for frittatas I make them with 6 eggs and half a large tub of cottage cheese, soupcon of milk and then chuck anything in I feel like (ie what's in the fridge). Usually 1 oz of cheese, and then either peas & mint, spinach & red onion, just onion with baby tomatoes, or sweetcorn. So it depends what I put on as to whether it is virtually syn free or must make some allowance for the sweetcorn and therefore have a green day. Bake at 200 for 30/35 mins, turning after 15 mins.
Thank goodness only thing I have to do on Sunday is collect DH from the airport, will need a rest after the first few days of non-stop shopping with the gals!
good morning everyone
woke up really tired, again[msnsad] must get meds sorted out
dh is in full excitement mode for the footie, because he's such a star he's going to take our most unsettled child out for a long bike ride first to make it easier for me to look after him later
the plan for me and the kids is to pop some corn and watch a movie in the den, no popcorn for me though i need to make amends for the crackers and pate that i had last night[msnembarrased] i must remind myself not to buy any more of these particular crackers, i can't seem to leave them alone
apart from that blip i had a good day yesterday so will move on with a positive frame of mind for the weekend [clap]
hope everyone has a great day
Theresa, hope everything's ok[grouphug]

weetabix with melon and strawberries.

Low fat sw carbonara for supper
2 muller lights 2 bananas
i skinny latte
3 litres of water.
Hope all the poorly children soon get better.
Enjoy the launch Fiona saw Columbia go up 3 years ago -quite a sight.
Alison I find that people who see you regularly don't always notice a difference so wait until you meet someone you haven't seen in a while and they will notice.
Me too just got off treadmill, very hot and sticky, I had all the doors open to create a through draft which helped[sporty][sporty][sporty]
Lucy much better today too!
Have a great day all[clap]
