    Well done Fiona [clap]

I'm not managing to stick to a SW plan at present but trying to stick to sensible healthy eating. I am going to go back to posting food diaries - so if there is anything you think I am doing horribly wrong please point it out

My food diary for yesterday was:

    Breakfast
    bowl of special K
    cranberry & raspberry smoothie

    Lunch
chicken, prawns & chopped peppers in a wholemeal pitta
    bio activa yoghurt

    Dinner
small steak (cooked on GF grill)
    baked sweet potato
    tiny bit of sweetcorn relish

    Snacks & Drinks
    apple
    banana
    few pieces of panda liqorice
    lots of water
    3 cups green tea

All you lucky people with holidays planned soon - do enjoy, seems so long ago since my hols [msncry]

Julie, Mizzy it's going to be awfully quiet in here next week [msnwink]

Julie, i'm most unorganised for this trip, i don't know if it's the medication scrambling up all my thoughts or the fact that Roger is off this week and under my feet, perhaps a bit of both[msneek]

anyway i'm meeting Alison for coffee this afternoon down at the marina and guess what?, it's peeing down with rain, it's a first weeks weigh in for Alison so hope she is ok[msnsmile]

i have no ginger jam for my brekkie so as yet i've had zilch to eat i'm off to make some cinnammon toast, not sure if it'll work but will tell you later

Have to agree with Sharon. I have only just started reading this section and Iam finding it very interesting. Julieanne your meal plan looked very good with a low GI content. Is that the plan you are following? I am a great beleiver in the GI diet.

Jackie - at present I'm just trying to eat "sensibly" but I have experimented with GI in the past so perhaps that's where some of my meal ideas come from

Julie, sounds like we're two of a kind. I constantly watch what I eat, although I would never say I am on a diet, just a very sensible eater. I also eat very small portions and eat slowly. I also work out regularly in the gym.
