Glad you enjoyed your bit of a "naughty" day Julie [msnwink] [msnwink]
But at least you were within your sins

I'm quite pleased to report that I lost a pound this week, better than I expected

Off out to eat tonight though [msnoo]

Mizzy, hope you enjoyed your hippo - I was dreaming about IHOP omelettes [msntongue] [msnwink]

Are you allowed 15 sins a day now? When I joined it was 10. Well I have had nowhere near 15 a day-I don't think.

I've got my 78 year old mum on it too-I think. Heavens knows what she's up to when I'm not around-although she has lost 3lbs already.

Some superb weight losses there. I need to find some chair scales. My friend's a health visitor-maybe she might know where there are some.

    It will just be
    fruit as usual
    salad for lunch and
possibly steak casserole tonight-can't weight!(pun intended).

Morning all, been up since 5.45am[msnoo], earliest since we arrived so guess who will be fading fast this afternoon?

Got so exhausted at the Millennia last night that was too tired to appreciate a good meal, so we decided to hit chillis instead on the 192. We shared some nachos, and as it was happy hour all night I had 2 giant b marys - can't tell you how much better I felt after the first one! The gals had fahitas and I had chicken lettuce wrap, felt like an [angel] but in reality came with 2 dressings - sesame and peanut so hardly think I was winning in the calorie stakes, but I think it is called making an effort.

Trying on clothes the day before was a salutory lesson and makes me more inclined to keep on the straight and narrow with only the odd wobble!

My scales have gone awol, so I am going to have to buy another pair, and these ones are being locked away as this is the 3rd pair to go missing.[msnmad]

Weather is glorious again, but I am being dragged out shopping to the florida mall, am already fed up with it and it is a long way to go for 1 shop that one of them wants to visit. I am tempted to tell them to go on their own, but perhaps a bit unkind to do to ED on her first attempts at driving out here.

IHOP Mizzy - I don't even go there, been there once and couldn't eat a whole portion of pancakes and never been again. However, before you think we are too saintly, it is not unknown for us to make our own, laden with lemon juice and sugar!!

However today I am in charge of the Publix shop so the cottage cheese is going in as I have bought a quiche dish so can make frittatas. I made a salad yesterday for lunch with lima beans, assuming they were our broad beans. Well they are not, must be related as they have the look but not the same taste. Never mind, only half a packet to go!

Well done on the weight loss Sharon, sorry missed you on my last posting, OB just keep on trucking you will get there but it is definately up and down.

    I forgot about frittatas fiona.
That's the cornbeef/onion mixture on bottom and cottage chees and egg on top.

Think I'll do some tomorrow-cos it's all free on red isn't it?

Or do you do yours another way.

It makes me very thirsty though.

Off for supper now-beef casserole and sweetcorn dumpling here I come.

(Might be imaging it -but thought my top felt a bit looser! Probably washed it wrong -Doh!)

See what me friend says when she sees me-she hasn't seen me for a week.

Did tell my daughter-you will tell me if you think I look thinner won't you.

So far-not a peep out of her.

The good thing about not getting weighed is I can't celebrate when I have had a good week and lost-I used to do this regularly before.

    Just hope I am.

Julie...have you tried those new "cooling gel" pads from Boots!! I have some and they're great. The children seem to like them because they love the colour and smell![msnwink]
