Just a quick check in before I get the ironing board out! (oh joy!)

Well I lost 2lb this week[clap][clap]

Well done Mizzy - 3.5lb is a fantastic achievement.

I went to visit friends yesterday, she always puts on a fab spread for lunch, tried very hard to stick to the salad but the odd crisp did find its way in somehow[msnwink] not too many though!

Taking the kids swimming this afternoon so a few more calories burned hopefully.

I can't recieve emails either - mine's on virgin - its saying cannot connect to server even though we can use internet - is yours the same problem?

Got my Concorde reuion on Sunday first and we fly out to Malaga on Monday morning[clap]

Julie where are you staying at Costa del Sol, I went with girlfriends years ago before husbands and children and had an absolute ball in Torremolinos. There are some lovely places to stay there. Also Julie, is that Concorde at Manchester Airport? I told the girls it was and I couldn't believe how tiny it looked.

We are staying in Mijas at a golf/spa resort set up in the mountains overlooking the sea at Mijas Golf, got it of late rooms . com, then booked flights with Monarch sheduled and got a car through them too[msnwink]

My Concorde 'do' is down south so I am flying down Sunday morning on BA and back up Sunday night then we fly out to Mijas early Monday morning[msneek] The reunion is being held at The Mill at Sonning, Berkshire[msnsmile2]

Yes Conccorde does look tiny, this is the inside........................

Thanks Paula, I do have tons of stories and my family get fed up with saying "I have met him/her" when seeing famous people on TV etc, I also got to meet many royals and heads of state, and a lot of millonaires[msnsmile2][msnsmile2]

Janice, I did the same diet as you a couple of years ago, lost the weight but unfortunately it does not stay off when you stop. I found it very difficult and said I would never do it again. I was constantly hungry.

Just spoken to Sally and she is coming over and we are going to have a walk on the beach with the dogs. Playing badminton at lunchtime.

Food diary for yesterday
Large bowl of mixed fres fruit
Cold meat salad and fruit
Salmon, runner beans and baked potato with low fat fromage frais and fruit
Plus I nibbled on some brazil nuts during the day.

Julie you certainly had an exciting life on Concorde. Enjoy your reunion and have a lovely time in Spain, Mijas is lovely or it was when we went there eight years ago.
