Hi Girls, hope you are having a good weekend, its Sunday night here.

Great phots of Jill & Julie, nice to see you in summer wear over there, must be really beautiful at the moment!
Welcome back Fiona, glad you had a good time.

Oh I hate reading so many pages I can't think of everyone's news now....so apologies if I missed gains and good news.

I have been really REALLY bad! I almost ashamed to come on here. Its like I was going really well for the Irish Ball, and then thought 'ah blow it', and literally did. I have been fairly good in the week, but this weekend I have gone nuts. I went out for Thai on Friday and had a whole bottle of wine (I was fairly stressed). Then on Saturday I went out with kids for lunch and a Chicken Burger and French Fries! I ate 1/3 of them, and the kids ate the rest...but you can't have just one, which was a ridiculous notion I made! Then today we went up to the Dandenongs, which is a Mountain range outside Melbourne, and they have these olde worlde shops up there! Anyway I found Ye olde Sweet Shop and they had English sweets. I was so excited. There was another English lady in there too, and we were ooohing and aahing. So I bought 1 Ripple, 1 Twix, 1 Caramello, 1 Finger of Fudge, 1 Cadbury Buttons, 1 Yorkie Bar, Flying Saucers, Black Jacks and Polo Mints. I was so excited, I kind of got carried away. I managed to get them home (without scoffing) and the kids dived in, I had a Ripple, which I swear was so yummy, and I made so much noise I bet the neighbours wondered what I was doing! Then tonight I could hear the chocolate calling me, so I opened the Yorkie, but only had 2 chunks and shared the rest. The rest I have asked the kids to hide, so I can't get it until at least next weekend. Oh and what's with the Yorkie only being for Men. That's new ~ or at least it never used to say it on it....laughed my socks off when I read that!

What am I going to do?! Get back on the wagon that's what. I punished myself by making myself go for a 45 min walk in the rain, but I feel really g.u.i.l.t.y.

Tomorrow I will wake up a stronger person![}]

Julie i'd look under normal ice cream in the syns and count that, it won't be many for a small scoop, 6 possibly?

i'm having my tea/supper cooked for me by dh, it's going to be a beef curry so i made today into a mix to max with red lunch and green tea

little ones are being very demanding and it's only the start of the holidays, so far today we've made our own lemonade and a mess, fruit smoothies and another mess, splashed about on the waterslide and made a huge muddy mess of what was once a lawn and now we're playing bowling on the indoor bowling alley toy that was a christmas pressie last year, fingers crossed it'll be a NO MESS activity[msneek]

i'm bloomin exhausted and it's only quarter past seven[msnscared] roll on bedtime[msnwink]

Julie I was also up at 5.15 this morning, typical chance of a lie in as no school and woke up earlier than usual.

Another lovely day here, had a garden full of other peoples children yesterday all using the pool.

After my blow out on Friday I have been very good but the scales say I have been bad[msncry].

Not had anything I shouldn't over the weekend, one bad day and I seem to pile it on, getting cheesed off with it at the moment.

Sally don't get fed up, just stick with it, I have had weeks like that but I now know if I just get back on track and stick with it it will come off eventually. Its a great way to eat as you can have so much and there are no short cuts as we all realise[grouphug]

Maybe try some new menus, have a read through some old SW mags for inspiration that always works for me[msnwink]

Also think of how quickly we would all gain weight again if we did not hang on in there[msnwink]
