It was so hot I just could not be bothered to go to the shop and get salad or veg to go with the meat I had. When Peter rang and said he was just leaving work I said 'pick some chips up from the chippy'
Oh well, I've done it now and it's weighin tomorrow.

Decided to talk back 2 pair of trousers to M and S outlet as they were a bit big and as I'm planning on losing lots of weight_I thught I'd get a size smaller.
Well-they didn't have a smaller size-but they had reduced my pairs to £9 each -saving me £3 a pair. (They still have these trousers in the shops for £25)and if I get too little for them-they can very easily be taken in.
So-I swapped my pairs for 2 pair of the shops and gained £6. Then I got a T shirt with my savings!
Hence the bold type.
Only had fruit till 5pm and then went for a meal with my mum.
Had salmon and crab fishcakes-tiny bit of tartare sauce
followed by half a cow in guinness!!!

Could eat the other half now.

I must say I am addicted to Sainsburys frozen fruits, the black forest fruits and summer fruits are really yummy with yog and they are completely natural, just frozen[clap][clap]

i'm all over the place today, Jo has finished from school and James has his last day today, i have a birthday 21st, which i'd forgotten and a wedding anniversary which i'd sort of forgotten too[msnembarrased] honestly i'll be glad when my meds are sorted and i get my brain back again[msneek]
i had a pretty good day yesterday pasta for lunch and a quorn teriyaki chow mein for tea
planning on having another good day today too, maybe all the extra running around will help burn off a few more cals[angel]
