    good news Julie.

I did measure myself Mizzy and was not a happy bunny.

I'm 2ins all round fatter than I would like -and even with all thos 2inches off everywhere I would still need to lose a few pounds.

Really feeling dispirited now-and that I haven't lost an ounce since I started.

Sorry I have let the side down[msnembarrased][msnmad], I have put on 1/2 a lb! I havnt posted for a few days as I knew I was going to disappoint both myself and everybody on here. Struggled a lot over the weekend and I am really just grateful that I didnt put more on. I will have to try a lot harder this week and have a lot more will power. I must admit that I am struggling with the green days which I think is making it harder doing red days as have done more of them and getting stuck in a rut with menus etc.

I havnt read anybody's results either so must go and have a look how all you good ones have done.

Well done Julie[clap][clap], another 1lb bites the dust.

Have a great holiday Paula, wish it was me.

Karen, don't be so hard on yourself, just draw a line under it and start again.

Have felt very good the last few days and felt like I had lost some, until this afternoon, feels like totm on the way AGAIN, I seem to be having less and less gap between them[msncry][msnmad]

Jessica's sports day tomorrow and mums and dads have a picnic on the school field with the children before it all starts. I have a nice picnic planned, all green and very good. Hope the weather stays nice[msncool]. Jessica was hopeing that Peter would be able to come so he could enter the Dad's race, she said he would win[msnsmile2], unfortunately he has to work.
