It has certainly been very quiet on here the last couple of days.

Julie, glad to hear your visit to HO went well, you must give us the recipes for the low syns desserts. I expect you are now all geared up and ready to go for your first class.

I was also very naughty yesterday, too many HO2s and syns but am trying to be good today. Yesterday morning I took the mean down to go out to the boat at 6am and then decided to go for a walk and saw the most beautifult sunrise. Unfortunately I did not have the camera but Paul (Brian's boat partner) did so hopepfully I will be able to post a photo when he sends them to us.

We had a very disturbed evening and night because of the fireworks, they were still going off at midnight. We had Tansy in the bedroom, not normal, and she would not settle, I expect we will get it again tonight but hopefully being sunday it will stop earlier. Shortly off to meet Tansy's agility friends to go for a long walk. Have already had one walk today, plus doing some housework so a busy sunday. We started the day with a large breakfast as no lunch because we will be walking.

    Have a good day all.

    Morning all,

Jill you would not belive how much work I have to do before I do my first class,,,,,,I have 3 exams to pass, 1 editorial to get in the local newspapaer, 1 advert also to go in a paper, 2000 leaflets to post through local letter boxes on Sundays only, 50 posters to put up in local places, 25 word and mouth interviews to do plus prepare what I am actually going to say[msneek][msnscared] It really is quite intense but it will be worth it in the long run[msnwink]

Pat don't think that because you had a Mars bar you have blown it, you have not, use your flexible syns for the mars bar and go back to normal today, maybe have a couple of Success Express days before Thursday and I am sure if you do that you will still have a loss[msnwink]

    Have a great day all[clap][clap][clap]

I have also been very busy the last fews days.

Friday I was busy at work, everything needs doing asap.

Yesterday Peter, Jessica and I spent most of the day shopping for Jessicas 12th birthday on Thursday. Made a big pot of stew of dinner with tons of veggies.

Up at 5.30am this morning as Rachel had to be at work at 6am, I went back to bed when I got home. Don't know how she does it as she never got in until 2am as she was at a party.

Lots of housework today, I have just emptied the chest freezer and Peter is now defrosting it with the steamer. He is off to golf later so getting in my goods books[msnwink]

Not sure what we are having for dinner tonight, maybe some gammon.

well just checking in for the night

i've had a pretty active day and have been an angel with my food choices[angel]probably because i've been so busy i haven't felt as hungry

i have also decluttered my bedroom, ensuite and linen cupboard and now my bedroom is back to being the grown up sanctuary i crave[msnsmile]

being screamed at now to get off this computer as it's Jo's turn[msnscared] so off to get some supper and back later

    Mizzy

ps Gwen, just quickly to boost your weight loss you actually need to eat more[msnoo] have a look at the SW 7 day menu from the website, this change should give you the kick to get things going again, a stone before christmas would be a challenge so i would say aim for half a stone and consider anything extra a bonus, then you won't be too pressured about it all, congrats on the weight loss so far you've done fab girl so celebrate it[clap][clap][clap]

well my sundays are pretty routine, we almost always have sunday lunch so i spent the morning preparing and reading papers, also made a SW lemon meringue for tea time as this is traditionally a bad time for me especially when we go to MIL for tea. but the last few times we have been ive taken my own food, and i think this is why ive not gained anything the last few weeks so ive had a green day and have had 15 syns and ofr me on a sunday that is excellent, thanks julie ive talked myself out of spoiling the week for 1 mars bar and will eat loads of free food from now until thurs weigh day pat

Morning girls, couldn't get on the forum last night for some reason.

Spent the day with my mum doing some Christmas shopping at the M&S superstore at Camberley, honestly could have brought up half the store! Anyway have made good inroads into things, plus got all the little gifties for the SW Christmas hampers we are doing.

Bought myself a jumper on a hanger size 16, tried it on this morning to find it is a 14[msnmad], a trifle snug and as it is meant to be slightly baggy that's going back, and as we don't have anything so swish as the limited collection edition or whatever it is called in our local one, will have to order that in!

Food wise, well had M&S sandwich, with only a banana for breakfast and drank tons of water, then roast ham with parsnips, leeks and carrots, and a low-fat yoghurt for pud.

Just realised the hairy ones are due in for a cut and blow dry at the same time we have to leave for Mount Vernon on Wednesday, so am frantically trying to get through to the owner to see if we can switch their times around.

Have a good day, I only hope fireworks is well and truly over, hysterical dog, dripping copious amounts from her mouth and scrabbling at anything to try and hide. truly truly distressed, and they were still going off after midnight. Got to sleep about 1.30 I reckon after all that. We are thinking how tempting it is to go and live in the country where you don't get all this.
    Fiona
