Seems a few days since I was last on - my supper party went well and no one realised they were eating sw food and all enjoyed it.

Been very good this week and last and having missed last weeks class I was hoping to lose -and I did 5lbs so got my 1/2 stone award and only 3 away from my stone [msnsmile2][msnsmile2] so am hopeful of gaining that award in the next 2 weeks.I will then be 3 lbs from my club 10 target.

    Well done Janny, that's a fab loss[clap][clap][clap][clap][clap]

Well done Janny you are going to be slim and sylph like in a flash!

Walked my hounds again this evening - more power walking! Also have drunk tons of water. Will have to miss my class next week as we have to be in Oxford for 7.00am Wed am, so planning to stay in a hotel Tues & Wed night as car parking in the city centre is a nightmare. There is a class on Monday night so will have to try and make the time to whizz along and just get weighed to at least keep me on track for the rest of the week - but losing a day - oh great!

Have to go to Oxford on Friday morning as have to have ED's bloods tested etc, so have to allow 2 hours to get there because of the parking issue. Met my breast care nurse in the supermarket this week and she confirmed Mount Vernon as the place to go to rather than the Royal Berks. Waiting list for radiation treatment is 4 weeks rather than 4 months, and they give you a higher dose in a quicker timeline, so would be better for her.

So I won't be around much after the weekend, but I will be trying to be good.

    Mizzy Ollie is lovely ahhhhhhhhh

I've not been around much for the last few days as I've got some sort of chest infection. I thought it would pass but I've now lost my voice so I think I need a trip to see the doctor.
Been to see a couple more schools this week so I don't think all this stress is helping me much and I've had another awful nights sleep.
All our school applications have to be in by November 3rd and we will not find out about places allocated until March[msneek] I think I will be white by then.

Paula, hope you feel better soon, sounds as if you are having a rough time just now [grouphug]

Sally & Sharon, hope you're both on the mend too

    Well done Janny [clap]

Mizzy, it sounds as if you'll be the smartest dog walking family in the north east [msnwink]

Guess I will have to get on the scales tomorrow [msnscared]
I have been fairly good food wise this week, but have only managed one gym session. Haven't gone the last two nights as I have been stuck at home waiting for workman who hasn't turned up [msnmad] He's now supposed to be coming tonight, so can't go to the gym again [msnmad]

Paula, having been through the schools selection 3 times now I know how you feel, I will be going through it again this time next year too[msnwink] You have to forget about it once you have filled in the forms otherwise it gets to you - also the results come out on the first day of the Easter Hols so if you are not happy with the school you end up with you can do nothing about it as all the schools are closed[msnmad]

It's the filling in the forms that's bothering me, they have to be in on 3rd November we then find out what school we have on 1st March.[msneek]

    Hi Girls,

Sorry I have not been around much for the last week or so. I am in the same boat as Mizzy and Paula, visiting high schools for my daughter. Went to see the school that my 2 boys went to the other day, that was a shocker[msneek]! It has really gone down hill big style in the 2 years since my YS left, 2 boys fighting in one class and teacher ignored this, kids chewing gum in several of the classes and bottles of pop on their desks[msnmad], whats that about? My daughter also heard one boy swearing badly right in front of a teacher, who didnt bat an eyelid! We are now having to look at schools that are really much further away than we would like. We go to see the final choice next Thursday and then our application has to be submitted by the following Monday[msnscared]. Too much grey hair already so no doubt by March I will be bald[msnoo].

Didnt make it for weigh in this week due to school visits so will have to wait until next week.

Well done Janny, you are doing so well[clap][clap][clap]

Mizzy, Olly is adorable and has to be good for the exercise with all the walking you have to do. I have met lots of lovely people in the 6 weeks we have had Lily and she has made lots of doggy friends too. I would certainly recommend that you buy some waterproof trousers too, I know that from today's experience[msnembarrased]

Fiona, I hope all goes well for you and ED next week, I will be thinking of you.

Julie, Sally and Paula, hope you are all feeling better soon.

Have a safe journey home Jill.

Sorry if I have left anybody out, its not intentional, just down to beng stressed out and having too many senior moments[msnembarrased][msnwink]

When I get chance I will post a couple of more up to date photos of Lily, she has almost doubled in size now and can easily reach things from the kitchen worktops[msneek][msnmad]

Well I have woken today and my voice has gone altogether.[msneek] I have hardly eaten a thing in the past few days as I really feel terrible, also I haven't felt up to going to the gym this week, just walking the children to school has me feeling drained. I'm sure this is all stress related as I've never been like this before. As Julie said hopefully once I've submitted all my applications I can try and put it to the back of my mind until after Christmas. At least I will know we have tried our best.
